They withhold the first night from my card even the condition of payment says that « No prepayment is needed »!The room is too small than it looks in pictures;A lot of noise coming from the street even at 5th floor;The wifi is not reachable in the 5th floor;The staff with grumpy face like he is doing you a favor especially the day agent..

Sorry but nothing

For me as a non-smoker, the smell upon entering was awful. I struggled to sleep because of the nonstop noise from people on the streets and even the movements of people upstairs and within our own floor. Additionally, the toilet (WC) was dirty, the linens were not tidy or neat when we arrived, and finally, the TV remote control was broken. The entirety of our stay was very annoying and uncomfortable.Thanks anyway.

Everything was excellent. Starting from the staff that was very polite and caring, to the room which was big, very clean and super affordable. The metro is just 5m from the hotel. I recommend!

It was close to the metro. Super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bad experience

We arrived at 1 PM and the room was still being cleaned, which was fine — but the receptionist’s attitude was absolutely not. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful, rude, and made us feel uncomfortable, especially as women. It seemed like the receptionist was more focused on chatting with friends than doing their job.The night receptionist, however, was friendly — a complete contrast to the daytime experience.What made things even worse was being asked to pay an extra 10 euros just to leave our two bags for a couple of hours. Completely unexpected, unprofessional

Everything was bad... Old, stinky rooms full of cockroaches and rats on the ground floor. Absolutely discussing and dirty....? Do NOT ORDER TRANSFER BY HOTEL - 60 € (by normal 45€ + I was waiting 25min )!!! + By the arrival at the airport the driver told me to pay 60€ or if I want to use the card it will be + 7€(!!!) ?? He told me it was the hotel who ask them to act this way - he showed me the message ? Luckily I had cash with me.... But they are definitely completely out of their minds. Downstairs the street with drug dillers, drunk ppl and crazy ones. + You will hear everyone who is in the hotel! Worst experience in Booking so far! ❌I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! AVOID THIS SHITTY SPOT!!!⛔

It was right next to the metro. It was very private, and we all had a great amount of space.

The bathroom was the size of an airplane's bathroom. The hotel was kinda in a sketchy neighborhood, and it was pretty far away from everything. Be prepared to Uber or use public transportation to be anywhere.

Good location for transport in an "interesting" neighborhood and relatively less expensive than most other hotels.

No coffee facilities and no glasses or cups of any kind. Tiny room filled up by bed, with tiny bathroom similar to aircraft toilet.

Convenient location close to the metro station.

Since they didn’t offer breakfast a kettle and a glass would be helpful

Price for the room was OK, the room and bath were clean and the housekeeping staff did nice work. I stayed 2 nights. Lobby was staffed 24/7 (for a reason, it seems!). The bed was comfortable!

Really not a great neighborhood, especially at night. The lobby is scary - looks like a place renting rooms by the hour. Hallways are very narrow... and my room was the smallest I've every experienced in 30 yrs of travel. The desk chair literally almost fell apart when I sat on it. Bathroom was also TINY but clean. This was a spartan existance at it's height. Don't bring a date or a family here. I felt safe enough as a single man, but didn't like it.

The sheets,pillow case,was dirty,the faucet,toilet bowl cover,hanging towel are brokens,and also the floor is dirty ,,no soap, toothpaste,toothbrush,others

Nothing it was night mare very much bad hotel .No quality no cleanliness all broken doors with bad wash room.It was unbelievable bad experience

The AC unit was a lifesaver during a hot week in Paris.

It's a bit of a trek to the city center, but we knew that when we got the place.

Excellent AC. Clean room. Good value. Close to the large flea market and a directly across the street from a central train line taking you directly into the heart of the tourist attractions.

Location superb...!We reached next day but still got the room. Thanks to staff. There was no soap in the bathroom.For a family of 4 it is a good choice for people looking economical and in city hotel.

Downside: Washroom was to small and the lid of toilet was broken.

Clean, well structured family room with kind staff at convenient location.
