    Pros +

    • The staff were hospitable. Thank you.
    • Hotel was small, but all fittings were modern and classy as expected of 4 star hotel. Room was small - typical of Big city like Paris. But the Bathrooms were better than US 4 star. Bed /Wifi all were excellent. Staff was great.
    • This hotel was very clean and updated (yet maintaining a classic old boutique feel) spacious rooms and bathrooms and great friendly staff.

    Cons -

    • The rooms and lobby was really small. Breakfast buffet had a very limited selection. The photos in the web site were a little misleading for the Eiffel tower view. Eiffel Tower was not as close as a walking distance as advertised. Overpriced.
    • Hope Breakfast was included.
    • The location. Only thing near us was restaurants (which were good) and the Eiffel Tower. Everything else seemed to be on the other side of town which was about 15 minutes away by cab. Still, overall it wasn't terrible and definitely doable

Hotel staff was amazing. Location was great, 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, 7 minute walk to metro station. only Booked the room for 2 nights just in case we weren't happy with it & was an easy decision to stay.

    There was nothing to dislike.

Too small for two people. Location is okay but I dont consider this hotel as 4*

    Great room and stay!

Spacious room for Paris. Well appointed. Clean and charming.

We liked that it was not a typical corporate hotel but had more of a bed and breakfast type feel…plus the location was great and had a beautiful view of Eiffel Tower from our room..

The room was small but I suspect that is pretty typical for hotel rooms in Paris

The welcome was OK. We definitely did not like the way we were snubbed when we asked for an upgraded (we were ready to pay) room with an Eiffel Tower view. I guess her name is Emily. Rest of the staff was awesome to deal with, the property was clean. Good housekeeping, Near to the tower and nice eateries around.

They gave us an 8/10 room with 3 beds. There was absolutely no space to move, forget about opening the suitcases. We had 3 suitcases. We had to open suitcases on bed. Wait in a queue to get dressed. Once one person was done, we had to go out to allow the other person to get ready . Washroom was a 4/4 with a tiny shower cubicle. This room should not have been sold to us. It's meant for 2 adults max with an infant. Extremely disappointed with the booking.com guarantees. This one was once in a lifetime trip for us. We certailnly hoped it to be better. We really hoped it could be better. City view is a hole in the wall to a tiny street

Great location, modern rooms, and amazing staff. The hotel reached out before stay and with the answers from a questionnaire provided customized facilities, like baby cot, baby toilet seat and stroller during the stay. Customer service at its best!

Very clean and nice. Good breakfast and nice staff. Adjoining rooms worked very well for a family of 4. The value was incredible!

Location wasn’t great considering all things Paris. The street it’s on itself isn’t quintessential Paris but the price is tremendous. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower but far from everything else (20-40 minute metro). Need more comfortable pillows!

The location is awesome, super close to the Eiffel Tower! The room was clean, and the staff were really friendly and nice.

The room is small; it was tough to even fit our bags in there.

    9AudrisPosted on: 7-4-2025

They provided you with unlimited free still water. Rooms came with a box of chocolates, wine and a candle as well as bedroom slippers for each guest and a robe. There were free madelines in the lobby, which my kids absolutely loved. Good location. Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.

Rooms are extremely small. We didn’t quite expect how small they turned out.

The staff was extremely friendly. They gave us details about the area, helped us getting a taxi and had a smile every time.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the property was clean and amenities modern, and there’s a good bakery and Japanese restaurant right in front of the hotel. If you walk a little farther to the left ir right there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants

It’s too far from the Eiffel tower. I spent 15 euros in Uber and 20 euros going back. I thought i could walk to Eiffel Tower but too far. It’s 15 minutes walk

    Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel.

The hotel didn’t turn on the Air conditioner until the last night we stayed. We stayed 5 nights, and the last night was when the AC was on. I, along with several other guests complained to the front desk every night that the room was very hot, but the only response was to sleep with the window open due to it being cool outside. This made sleeping very difficult because of the noise coming from the bar down the street. For a 4 star hotel I think this is unacceptable. For the price you pay for this hotel the staff should be more accommodating and take the guests concerns more seriously.

Location was great, room was spacious, and the breakfast was good! Great service too. Will stay again for sure

Location, comfort and staff - it was the winning trio. Room was spotless, well appointed, really well equipped and pretty soundproof. Staff were beyond helpful and really pleasant
