Close to two Metro stations, and still within central Paris; clean, and helpful staff in every area. Good breakfast with a good variety, including warm pastries. And elevator!!!

just thought the room was so small. My room key was somehow got deactivated everyday and I had to come down again to get it reactivated every night.

The room was quite small but had everything necessary. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast and everything was fresh. The hotel is within easy walk of two metro stations.

Comfortable and staff are lovely. Safe location. Great value for money.

Location

You hear the loud noise of the heating system in the room all the time and you can't really rest at night. I couldn't rest even for an hour during my 4-day stay.

Passable

The abnormal sound of the heating system could be heard inside the room all day and night, and I didn't get a single night of proper rest. It was like a nightmare.

I felt safe and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable

The outside area of the hotel can be a little rough getting to the train station if you aren’t careful.

Well appointed, good sized room looking over the front court yard.The Hotel is in a very nice area, a 5 minute walk from the Metro.

Breakfast was okay, friendly receptionist

The room quality was way below what we paid for. The room was very small, there was a constant cigarette smell even though it is said it‘s forbidden to smoke. There was a loud electric room noise. The breakfast area was always cramped and again too small. It was far from the city center.

Unfortunately there was a dog in room next door that made far too much noise barking especially from around 7am.

Enough for few day stay. Comfy bed, everything nessesary in room. Good size lobby for enjoying late night snacks/drinks with friends and family, liked, that we could take our own snacks with us. Staff spoke english and was welcoming. Many stairs (but little elevator, if you needed to use that)Near to shops, starbucks, restuarants/food places. Easy and fast access ro public transport.

Foor court was tiny, not enough room for full house. Some food items weren't replaced when they ran out. Little selection of warm food.If you would replace those red carpets for something more classic and aesthetic, it would be more welcoming.

Its clean, well maintained, easy to access, nice staff!!, breakfast is good and etc!!! Positive only.

No door on bathroom & elevator small. Hahahaha..

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Also towels are new that make you happy.

Carpet in the room and hallway (not hygienic), small room, small bathroom, small bed. Breakfast not well organised (insufficient space for guests, tables not cleared promptly so guests have to wait). Breakfast is basic.

It’s in a convenient location for Paris-Bercy train station, as well as getting around. It’s small but serviceable. The staff are all helpful and speak English.
