Pros +
- I feel fortunate to have even stayed at hotels that compete with The Peninsula. The four days we just spent there were amazing. The service from check in, room service, bar & restaurant service, daily room care - simply a standard for all others to seek.
- The staff were trained very well. Everyone was professional, efficient and always ready to help out. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was just gorgeous! Took a relaxing bath in the large soaker tub every day!
- Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Cons -
- Our room faced on Rue La Perouse near to where the garbage was picked up at 6 am. Thankfully there wasn't a pick up every day.
- I have stayed in many luxury properties around the world, and I have never been treated in such a manner. Despite the hotel being proudly owned by my beloved country, I did not experience any respect — neither during check-in nor check-out.The lack of hospitality and professionalism was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I expected a warm welcome and a pleasant farewell, but instead, I felt ignored, disrespected, and unwelcome.

Majestic Hotel, big, spacious and beautiful in a wonderful big building. It is a true 5 stars hotel of world standard (compared to the usual European hotels).

A bit expensive for the size
Beautiful spa and pool area. Staff were very helpful and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming.
Jeremie Toledano and Hubert Savoure helped a lot to ensure our comfort and happiness during our stay. They prioritized us getting a high level of service with attention to detail. We appreciated their care and time and look forward to the next time we will stay at Peninsula Paris.
My stay at The Peninsula Paris was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect—from the immaculate décor blending Parisian elegance with modern touches to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful, making me feel like a truly valued guest. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, offering both comfort and convenience. The rooftop restaurant with its stunning views of the Eiffel Tower was a highlight, providing an unforgettable dining experience with exquisite cuisine. The location, just steps from iconic landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe, was perfect for exploring the heart of Paris. After a day of sightseeing, the serene spa and wellness area provided the ideal retreat to relax and recharge.Staying at The Peninsula Paris is more than just a hotel experience; it’s a journey into the art of fine living. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning to this haven of luxury.

Premium "palace" style 5 stars luxury. Opulent, beautiful and tasty Breakfast room and bar.Very clean, very high class.
Style is a bit old fashioned. Some elements in the room were a little outdates/not the most convenient.Location isn't the best but it is what it is and right next to the arc de triomphe. But all in all exceptional experience.
Croissant basket served at the breakfastGreat concierge serviceAmazing quality of finishing in rooms’ decorationSuper clean and well maintained building
Breakfast menu choices are so complicated and also restricting. Throughout the 4 days we stayed we never understood how the bill was calculated. The day we ate little we paid as much as we did in a day with plenty of plates on the table.
Amazing facility, friendly staff
Still waiting for them to release pre authorization on card 3 weeks after the visit. Very poor admin
It's modern, clean, staffed by friendly and professional staff. The rooms are nice, comfy bed, nice sized tubs in which to relax. They have a nice restaurant on site, from which my girlfriend and I ate throughout our stay.
The restaurant at the top of the building is only open during the summer.
Amazing stay , well with the Money . Loved the breakfast courtyard in the morning . Staff made the stay more enjoyable , Highly Recommended
Everything was perfectEVERYTHING! We had a terrible start, cancelled flight, our baggage was lost, arriving at the hotel we was both so stressed! The hotel on arrival took all the stress away, I was overwhelmed with their kindness and they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay just perfect. The staff are all amazing and the manager in my eyes is the best ever! Thank you all so so much x
Everything is great with Peninsula Paris. All employees are friendly. Services available 24/7. Room has great comfort with considering details
Price is high. But it’s worthwhile
Everything
Breakfast was not clear.....pastries were already on table and then given juice/tea which meant we were locked in at 72EUR each for breakfast.Only downside of the break as felt this was not right....also charged for the 2nd day breakfast without us having it although think this was a genuine mistake
Good gym and poolVery nice spacious room with comfortable bedding Nice little balconyGood location near shopping district
Staff are abit obnoxious across the property. Abit of a mafia, for example, ordered freshly squeezed pineapple juice as per menu and received packed processed juice and the lady tried to convince me it was fresh like I’ve never had a pineapple. Then later she got defensive saying I have to pay more to get fresh juice( fyi it was Eur 19). Service is very cut throat in this hotel.
Friendliness, helpfulness of staff. Room size, amenities, comfort, spacious & luxurious marble bathroom with separate tub, shower toilet & double sinks, lots of closet & drawer space, comfortable bed, complimentary macarons, fresh fruit & chocolate bellman on first day, complimentary Espresso & bottled water every day, first floor restaurant with outdoor seating & top floor restaurant with exceptional view of Eiffel Tower at sunset & after dark when it is lit up!!!
