Great little hotel in a fabulous location! Absolutely loved Pigalle, it's a great base for exploring the rest of Paris. Staff were super friendly and helpful too.

While it is a bonus to get an early check in, the guy at the front desk seemed put out that we arrived early, and left us in no doubt that an early check 8n was not a possibility

I needed to go down in the middle of the night to get something i requested which was understandable because staff was limited, but im not too keen to walk in the thin dark hallways

Good and safe location, just a few minutes from Pigalle Station and 15 mins walk to Lafayette. Room is very clean.

The room is much smaller than I expected, just about enough space to open my suitace on the floor

Great location For Monmatre/Moulon Rouge/ Sacre Cur and within walking distance of 2 different Metro lines and a train Station. Plenty of places to eat and drink all around.

Couldn’t find any dislikes.

A great location near Montmartre.a small room for 2 single beds and tight bathroom. A few issues with tv and electricity.staff very good.

the a.c. in the room was difficult to control. it was either freezing and you had to turn it off.

The room was great and the bathroom clean. The shower was lovely. The hotel was small but permanently staffed and quiet. Breakfast was ok and did include eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as th continental choices...the tea wasn't bad either! The location was good...close to Moulin Rouge and some night life at Pigalle and between a couple of metro stations, so exploring the city was a doddle.

There are no facilities in the room for making tea etc. a couple of paper cups in the bathroom that we had to keep using for 4 days. If we were to come again, we'd bring a travel kettle, cups, uht milk and tea bags... because we're English ?The hotel had no bar and the restaurant was permanently closed, so just available for breakfast. Not a big problem as there were plenty of places around to go to.

The staff were very friendly in our stay. The receptionist named Liana was very helpful. The room was also clean.

The toilet in my room was a bit cold because of the window and no heater, the building seemed also quite older from the walls and furniture, but other than that everything was fine.

It doesn’t really qualify for a 3* Hôtel. 2* is a lot more adequate. Room was very dark - almost no natural light - and could’ve done with a refresh. Limited water pressure in the shower, towels are super thin and there is a constant smell of gutter in the bathroom.

the small lift and additional flight of very tight spiral stair to level 6 and door in passage way between stairs and room very annoying and difficult to negotiate with many pieces of luggage

Our family group all thought the hotel was perfect for our stay in Paris. Staff very helpful and very pleasant .Breakfast was just perfect . A very well run hotel . We would certainly stop there again ..

For our needs it was perfect

Loved our stay at this hotel. Location was perfect, we could walk or train to everything we wanted to see, and room was quiet and peaceful after a full day of sightseeing. It was also very comfortable and clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. Love love love Paris

Honestly not much, it was clean and closed to Sain Lazare station, but the rms were tiny and the bathrooms needed to move about sideways

Front desk staff was pointedly rude from the get go, she was annoyed at an alarm she couldn’t turn off and just went ahead to took it off on us who were there early cause our 10h flight arrived early… so after I made a point of responding sternly to a question she asked me while keeping eye contact, she realized she had been unprofessional so she made arrangements to get us at least 1 rm ready earlier cause my mom wasn’t feeling well with her blood pressure having risen. It was ok after that but rough start and hotel was far from from everything (my bad first time there so i didn’t know better)

Location is near Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. Breakfast is nice and decent.

Disappointed as they wouldn't allow an early check-in of just an hour prior to the check-in time of 3pm, though we have it requested in advance. Don't think they are full during that time.
