- nice lobby and was great to be able to use other hotels lobbies that are connected. The free mini bar was nice and the snacks and coffee/tea. The breakfast was very good as well I enjoyed it and it had a good variety.
Cons -
- This is more like a 2.5 star hostel without any courtesy concierge service. Room is small. Staff was not responsive. USB ports and tv remote in the room didn't work. I was told to go to the front desk in both ocassions to get an adapter and battery.
- Unfortunately the property is not walking distance from the usually tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower and arc de triomphe but you can take the train and bus which is nearby.
- Like all Paris hotels the room was small and you could hear footsteps of other people from your room. It kept waking me up , but what I didn't like most was my view I thought I could see the street but it was the back view and it was very dark and dreary and depressing.

Location was the most important consideration. The hotel was conveniently located and highly accessible by public transport. Some sightseeing attractions are just one or two Metro or bus stops away with several options to choose from. The breakfast spread was also adequate and quickly replenished.
As most hotels in Paris, space and floor area are quite limited so room size may leave others a bit perplexed that there’s very little space to move about.
The location was perfect for me, as I was working near Pont Neuf. It was an easy commute with the metro. I was travelling alone and I felt safe the whole time, even on nights when I came back around midnight. The room and hotel overall were spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and ready to make suggestions for restaurants or other things I might need. The bedroom was probably one of the biggest rooms I've ever had in Paris and it was quite comfortable. There were a few quirks, like the toilet needed a little 'jiggle' to stop it running a few times, but I have no complaints about it overall. The breakfast is buffet style and, although the options are a little limited, It was perfect for my needs. My room was quiet and the windows could be opened, I appreciated having the option to bring air from outside into the room from time to time. It was also nice to come back to find snacks waiting each night along with the water and juice in the room. I was working long days so I really appreciated these little touches.Overall I found the hotel really nice and I would definitely stay there again.
I would have liked a few more options at breakfast.
The location is amazing, staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer free snacks mini bar beverages.
My room was in an awkward corner and not a very comfortable bed and the view was of a wall next door.
Great price for value, great location, Comfy room nicely decorated with small balcony on Paris road. Offering comfortable room with AC (very light and not noisy at all). Nice touch with free minibar and complimentary afternoon tea, friendly staff.
I found the bed was not very comfy, Also room facing the road could be noisy as you are In the heart of Paris. A smell of carpet in the room was not very pleasant. The rest was fine.
the location of the hotel is quite good, relatively close to the center and with several public transport lines nearby. there are nice cafes near the hotel. the rooms are clean and daily hygiene is maintained and towels are changed, the bedding is clean, cotton and pleasant. the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. the hotel staff is extremely friendly. staying in the hotel is pleasant and comfortable and highly recommended.
the only bad thing is the breakfast, where the offer is solid, but there is not enough of everything for breakfast because it is not replenished adequately, and practically you are left without the desired breakfast. It is too expencive for what they offer.
Nice location, lots of sidewalk cafes nearby that primaily cater to a young-ish crowd. Room was fine with comfy bed, Very modern bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. By Parisian standards the cost was OK (I think around $180 per night?)
Very minor: outdoor sign not very big, I think I walked past it once before doubling back to the entry.
Great location, AC was very good, comfortable bed
Some of the bathroom items a bit worn
Everything! I wish I knew about this hotel group from my 1st stay in Paris. Definitely will be using again. Customer service was spectacular. I loved that they had snacks and a non-alcoholic open bar available in the afternoons. Loved the idea of having access to other hotels in the group when I needed a refresher as I walked around the city. Room was average Parisian size and the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood about 15minutes to Sacre Coeur. Had access to groceries, laundry and lots of restaurants nearby.
Super thin walls. Could hear the guests coughing next door
Location, hotel building & surrounding buildings . Safe area. Bus connections. Area has lots of Cafes & Supermarkets.
The breakfast options were satisfactory. The breakfast attendant, who happened to be Filipino, was extremely helpful.
One night past midnight, I heard the door knob turning. The personel manning the lobby ( french white guy)abruptly entered our room without knocking. We were all in bed, including the children, and were startled by the intrusion into our private space. He explained that he was there to retrieve a toy from the lobby that my daughter had unknowingly taken. However, he should have contacted us by phone or at least knocked before entering. The incident, which occurred on the night of July 13, was truly frightening.
The location is quite good, the staff was very nice, the facilities as well and the room was very clean
The room was a bit small, no place for a closet just some hangers
I liked that the mini bar is free and there is snacks for free and you can take how much you want. And the location is good, it’s very very near to the Monmarte church, and with bicycle I reach to Arch of Triumph in 10 minutes
The location is perfect. At the 9th arrondisment, the Opera area, close to Galleries Lafayette and Monmart as well.Excellent breakfast with quality pastries, a nice selection of cheese and lots of beverages. The Open Bar they offer, from 2pm to 2am, at the lounge, was such a pleasant surprise. We could have a cold tea or juice during the day, even if you stay out till late. The staff was exceptional and very polite.
They should modernize the bathroom and then it will be the best hotel ih the area.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. Well equipped with taste, design, and carefulness.
The location was brilliant, in a lively street near the Gare du Nord. Our room was comfortable and stylish with a little balcony overlooking the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free snacks and the comfortable lounge downstairs.
Everything was great.
The location is perfect, staff go out of their way to help, the food is good.
Hotel room was clean, staff good, very nice view from window, can even see the Eiffel tower, good location, free drinks in room (water, juice). Also like freebar service near reception with coffee, tea and sweets.
Hair dryer in bathroom doesn’t work
