The air conditioner was not working. It was very hot and uncomfortable. I complained to hotel and have not even received an acknowledgement.

The ambiance of our room and the hotel. Breakfast was so beautifully served and sitting in the courtyard was so special.

I would have preferred being closer to town.

Professional staff, excellent breakfast and accommodations.

Spa was closed, this is why we booked this hotel.

The spa is only free between 10 and noon so unless you are staying 2 days it isn't available without paying 25 euro.

Staff were friendly, hotel had a wonderful ambience, was fairly quiet and the room was nicely decorated.

The only downside, and this isn't really a complaint but an observation because it's the same for every hotel I looked at in Paris, the rooms are smaller than I'm accustomed to.

Clean, cute decor and guests can use the spa at no additional cost two hours each morning.

The woman who works the front desk in the mornings is rude. Not enough towel hooks or shelf space in bathroom for two guests. No fridge in room, hotel ice machine broke, no attempts by staff at creative solutions. Not a great neighborhood. Dark street.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Much nicer Than I expected. Sketchy area but fantastic place to forget about it all. If one has to stay near Gare du Nord I highly recommend it. Close to the station. Loved it!! Close to grocery and pharmacy. Lots of restaurant.

clean quiet and cosy hotel in the center of bustling Paris close to the train station and several metrostations. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was near the train station.

The area is a little rough. The beds were not comfortable.

There was a broken window and the room was absolutely freezing and very small. Also not set up as requestedStaff were unhelpful and nosy

Lovely spacious room with adequate sower room. Breakfast fairly good selection. Not far from Gare du Nord or Gare l’est.

Unfortunately the accessible room was on ground floor and near the lift so quite noisy from guests and also rumblings from metro quite noisy underneath.Again decor quite depressing with grey everywhere.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful, from receptionist to the room cleaner. A good variety of things on offer for breakfast

Nothing really

The Hotel is amazing! The bed was very comfy and the shower was great, it’s in a great location to get around very easy, getting off the train at Gare De Nord is like a 5 mins walk to the Hotel.

I really liked it, can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

They declined the reservation request, so we had to book a different hotel, then charged us a no show fee. very disappointed. I caution anyone booking with this hotel.

Lovely hotel. The reception staff were very nice. Room immaculate, great facilities and well stocked. We really loved the hotel apart from a blip at breakfast.

My mother was ill with heart trouble during the night so asked me to bring her breakfast to the room. I went down and the young girl told me not to take sausage and bacon up to the room which was not a problem as my mum is a vegetarian. However i put some scrambled eggs on the plate and a very grumpy man stood over me and started shouting at me in the middle of the breakfast room which was mortifying. He berated me for putting eggs on the plate but wouldnt listen to me to try and explain that the girl had said sausage and bacon was not permitted. What was worse is after i took the tray up to my mum i had to return to the breakfast room alone whuch was awkward. I felt very uncomfortable and upset about the event. It definitely ruined my stay and we were going to return next month but i didnt feel comfortable so booked a different hotel. Its such a shame as the other staff were really lovely. Ive worked in hotels my whole life and cannot ever imagine shouting at a client like that.

Very close to Gare du Nord station but quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast. Lovely cafe bars nearby.

It’s really noisy. One of the rooms was a junior suite and it was 2 single beds pushed together. From the other room there was loads of noise when people are in the corridors. Bad hotel, don’t stay here

I booked that hotel specifically for the sauna and spa and when i arrived at 18:00 i was told that the sauna was fully booked because people outside the hotel can also book it ! i wanted to cancel the hotel but was told the unavailability of the sauna was not a good enough excuse to cancel ! Really disappointed by that approach of poor customer services! This hotel should not mention its sauna if guest can not access it !
