It was really nice Cousy and near to everything staff is sooooooo friendly qnd helpful I recommend it to everyone

The room is very small but it is ok we are not coming to sit in the room

Location is good- you can see the Eiffel Tower and seine river from your room; a few nice French restaurants around

So close to the Eiffel Tower! Plenty of great places nearby to eat and drink. Easy walkability.

Rooms were much smaller than we thought. Surprised by how tiny everything was.

The location was great, right across the street from the public rail station.

Unfortunately they had water issues, the water was turned off at the hotel upon arrival and was off and on for the first 2 days. I do understand that the hotels are very old and things like can happen. They did give us plenty of bottled water to help out.

The location was excellent and so was the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Also, big plus because of the adorable cat ;)

The bathtub was way too high. It is a hazard for older people as my mom fell down in the bathroom and we were scared when it happened. Thankfully, it wasn't a bad fall. However, maybe more security measures can be put in place so that this doesn't happen again. There are no handles so that people can hold on while showering. Maybe put some in place? Or maybe something on the floor of the bathtub so that it is less slippery. We got quite the scare that night :(

Excellent location right next to the train station. The breakfast had a good variety of ootions. Would have liked to also have 2% milk option.

The room and bathroom are smaller than what I would generally prefer.

Our two rooms were not available until 1700 and 1800

Location turn right and walk and few seconds and there u are the tower de effiel .

The lift is very very small and we had to use the stairs .

There is a extra charge to store baggage before checkin, where other hotels do it for freeThere was a lot of noise from some people doing karaoke from 2 to 4 am

This little hidden gem of a hotel was close to the public transportation, our bus tour, a little grocery store, Eiffel Tower, Seine River. Small rooms, but the windows open up into a quiet court yard.

Overall, this hotel offers a very comfortable and strategically located base for exploring Paris.The location is truly great, providing easy access to local attractions. Inside the room, the bed was very comfortable, and despite the famously small dimensions common to Paris accommodations, the space was efficiently utilized and everything was quite clean. A major positive was how quiet the room was, allowing for a genuinely restful sleep. The only minor point on comfort was that the temperature could have been a little warmer.

What proved confusing and frankly uncomfortable was the check-out process. The staff was overly focused on receiving good reviews on TripAdvisor and went to the extent of begging for a high rating. The situation escalated when a staff member, after asking for permission, took my phone and submitted a review on the spot, ostensibly on my behalf. While I gave hesitant permission, this move was completely unexpected and felt highly inappropriate for a professional establishment, leaving me feeling pressured and unsettled.

The location was absolutely amazing! You walked a few steps and the Eiffel Tower was right there around the corner. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice too.

The locations is unbeatable. It’s three blocks from the Eiffel Tower and across the street from the Seine River and a metro stop.

The basic rooms are small.

The location was great and close to public transport; the property was very clean with a good breakfast selection and attentive staff.

One small comment was the room was incredibly hot and had no opening windows. The thermostat was broken so fans had been placed in the room - fairly effective but very noisy!

This place is excellent for location wise, metro, Eiffel Tower and nearby attractions all close by. Restaurants in the area were great too. The room itself was beautiful and upgraded with refrigerator and two water bottles in it. I also had this mini coffee station. The best thing about this hotel is its amazing staff and that super sweet cat in the lobby. I highly recommend this place.

Room was small for classic double bed and even for me as a solo traveler. I literally had to juggle with my suitcase in that room. Also I did not appreciate the 10 euros for leaving my suitcase with front desk for little over 30 minutes after my checkout time. I stayed in four different hotels during this trip and only this hotel charges the fee, I hope hotel management considers to remove this from their policy. I also think that a body lotion and separate body wash and shampoo conditioner in the bathroom would have been great.

The best staff I have encountered in all my travels! They were so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Provided a little tour of the facilities and room. We had a perfect room for two with all the amenities. And the location and price! Unbeatable. Everything here was amazing. From the shower pressure to the comfortable bed and cozy lounge. If you have the opportunity, you don't want to miss this!
