The room was tiny and lots of noise from adjacent rooms, doors seemed not to shut without slamming, I could hear every word from my neighbours telephone callThe decor had not been touched for a long time, walls were badly marked and any surface above eyeline was covered with dust.The bathroom door could not be opened past 40degrees before it hit the bed and could not be closed.The breakfast was very sparse

It is functional, clean and warm. Good value for money. Very well placed for exhibitions.

At the reception, the Moroccan man was very rude and disrespectful. He was totally unprofessional, focusing only on my wife with intense energy and showering her with compliments. At the main entrance of the ruins hotel, there was a huge amount of feces (apologies, but it was truly a large mess exploded everywhere). The hotel room looked like an abandoned house. It was truly terrible. If I had seen this hotel before reserving it for the night of December 31st, I swear I would not have slept there even for free. There is a big difference between reality and the fake pictures online.

The hot water was the nicest thing to be honest.

Very loud and heavy doors! Thin walls, grubby carpets, smelled of smoke, no lifts. The reception to check in was a different building across the road, and the first thing you’re greeted with in the building where the property actually is, is a dumping ground! The worst part was that there were BED BUGS! The owners just don’t care, and the receptionist (a man) was pretty rude. When you’re paying for a service-you don’t expect that. I was grateful it was just for one day!

We didn’t lock anything up or put anything away. I would like a partial refund for the uncomfortable room and the heat we had to sleep through. We were dripping in sweat both nights and not sleep at all. Was very disappointed.

A really good location with convenient access to the city center. It is a quiet area, away from the tourist spots. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean, with daily cleaning service.

We faced difficulties when attempting to book a parking space in the garage. Upon arriving at the hotel, we found that there was no parking spot available for us on the first night, even though we had made our reservation months in advance. Fortunately, the staff helped us secure a parking space for the following day.Additionally, the room was small, which made it challenging to move between the bed and the wall. There was also a missing nightstand.

Localizations was nice. Owner is really friendly and helping person,good man. But for this price rooms should be more nice. Its time for small atention and renovations. But more + than -. For 1-2 night i will recomand.

They booked me in another hotel called hotel Auriane located on 60 rue Oliviers de Serres 75015 Paris. The room had no ventilation and no air conditioner. My bedsheets were not changed for the entire four days. No WiFi. It was a bad experience.

If I could put minus 10. Very noisy - bar opened till 02 am downstairs, stayed there only because I needed to be close to exhibition.

reception staff was lovely

the rooms were really dirty - super super dusty. they had hardly ever been dusted off because there was a white layer of dirt on every surface. As a person allergic to dust, I had to pull out all of my asthma medication. I appreciate this is a low cost hotel, but for 180 euros for 2 nights, the room should be clean at the very least.

Reception staff was just horrible and there were no electric plug even to charge mobile and the response was very rude. Also, the location is not as mentioned 1000 feet and it is almost 650 meters from the metro station. There was no reception at the building and somehow we find a guy who was sitting in the next building.

Bedbugs ruined everything.I stayed here for what was supposed to be a comfortable and quiet trip — instead, I ended up getting multiple bedbug bites that ruined my stay.The bites kept appearing day after day, and I later found out it was not an allergy or random insect — but full-on bedbugs.This is unacceptable. Hygiene and cleanliness are the bare minimum in any accommodation, and this place failed on both.I had to isolate and treat all my clothes and belongings, and I’m still not sure what I might be taking home with me.Unless they do serious fumigation and deep cleaning, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Terrible, the worst expérience ever

Very weird welcome from a réceptionist who was not that friendly, also we couldn’t have any key for the room as the magnetic cards didn’t work , so we had to cross the street to go to another hôtel to ask someone to come and open our door. Everything is super old, furnitures and interior. The property is not well clean, the light in my room didn’t work. We had to go find another Hotel as we were scared of bed bugs, on Google is full of reviews about them. To avoid complètely.
