We had a small balcony to enjoy. They had a really good breakfast.

It seemed everything we wanted to go to was too far to walk comfortably. Took a lot of Uber¿s from here. Not a terrible thing at all.

It had a/c during the heat wave!

The receptionists were so nice!!! Just help me with everything I needed! and made me feel at home! The cleaners that cleaned my room every day! The location, was great! Very nice area and metro just near by.

Comfortable and friendly welcome, very near to the Place d’Italie where you can easily get to the sights of Paris. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very beautiful and also very well located, close to supermarkets, shopping centers, the metro, and everything you might need.The rooms were lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved everything!

When I made the reservation through Booking, I chose this option because it clearly stated that payment would be made on the day of arrival at the hotel. However, at no point was it specified that money would be taken from my account before arriving at the hotel.This was very disappointing, as this kind of charge should be clearly communicated in advance, not just two days before the start of our trip, out of respect for the customer.As a result, I had to pay the amount that the hotel had already held from my account, in addition to paying the full amount of my reservation at the hotel.So I am waiting to get my money back as the Hotel explained to me.

Location was good, near the metro station with easy access to different directions in the city. Brekfast was good. Room was clean and rooms especially on top floors waere bright. The balcony was nice although hard to access.

Hotel room was quite cramped (although this was clear when booking). The balcony was hard to access, due to the high step and that one could not open the door fully due to the bed that was in the way. Staff could be more accomodating. We had booked two rooms, of which the other was for a bigger room, but upon arrival we were given two rooms of the same size. When asking about this the staff was hesitant to change the room and we were requiered go through our reservation twice with the reseption before another staff memeber came and took care of then situation.

The accommodation is easy to reach. There are several metro and bus stations in the area. Breakfast is delicious and sufficient. The room is small but acceptable. The walls are a little thin. Overall, I recommend it to everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Small rooms and main thing I didn't like much is that the furniture and overall look of the rooms and hallways seemed run down a bit and without esthetic touch. They are clean and the beds are good but just without any design thought. Because it's Paris, it's pretty noticeable in comparison to other places.

The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent

The only downside was breakfast: the fruit was canned and I’m pretty sure the eggs were powdered dry eggs. Having a fridge in the room would also make the stay even better.

The room was quite spacious, with a large bathroom. The location was great, right next to Place d'Italie, which is connected to a few metro lines.

Staff was amazing and the cleaning team did a good job

Very nice, cozy hotel. Clean and fresh aroma in the room. Cozy lobby, lifts. Authentic view from the window on the upper floor - Paris rooftops vibe. Coffee machine with free capsules. Safe box and good wardrobe. Comfortable bad. Perfect location near the metro Place d’Italy with 3 metro lines, bus stop to the center right near the hotel. Not very busy streets. Several restaurants around, bakery, shopping mall. Staff speaks English.

Can be not enough space in the room for big and tall people, but it was ok for us.
