    Pros +

    • The location is great, right by Saint Lazare with trains, Lightrail, and buses.
    • The central location
    • Location and friendly staff

    Cons -

    • The room felt dirty, I entered the room it had a bad smell like someone had been sick, so with 45F weather I had to leave the windows open daily to air out. Chipped tiles in the bathroom with black mold on the grout, cracked lampshades, dirty carpet.
    • Breakfast is somehow poor at least to have some eggs and fruits without mentioning the clear noise between rooms especially if any word is said or the elevator door is opened, doors must more silent
    • The hotel is old and the carpet is dirty, the hotel need some care. ,

Location is very good, close to transport and coffee shops, you can literally walk to Moulin Rouge and Palace Garnier. Room was clean and the heating worked just fine, as we had freezing temperatures outside. Staff is friendly, helpful.

Room is small, a bit outdated, would have been useful to have a kettle and some tea. Overall, still ok, would go again for location.

Ground floor room, early check in, great location for train station

    6EdgarPosted on: 11-4-2025

The location is very good, near to the Saint Lazare Station, the staff is very friendly

The elevator is extremely small only 2 people, and we had to wait sometimes too long to use it, the carpets seemed dirty.

The solo rooms were small, but that is not unusual for Paris, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great near the metro and buses. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby as well as a nice shopping centre and other local shops. The breakfast was very good for the price with an excellent coffee machine with a lovely lady constantly clearing and replacing fod items. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms are in need of refurbishment, and the carpets were very stained. The shower and toilet were also old, but there was plenty of hot water. The lift was ridiculously small, especially with luggage. Lwe mostly used the winding stairs.

    Disappointing

The room was a bit shabby and dirty. Throughout the entire night I could hear everything inside and outside the hotel. A Saturday night is so noisy. We came back late at night being really thirsty, but we couldn't even buy a waterbottle at the desk. Everything surrounding the hotel was already closed. Bottled water is the bare minimum you should be able to buy at a hotel.

Clean and simple. Met expectations. Staff friendly. Good breakfast central to places I wanted to see. Good cafes nearby

    All good No complaints

Safety for solo traveller, the breakfast is great, the receptionists are friendly, walking distance to the metro

I expected the bathtub as it’s advertised in room type but the room I got doesn’t have one.

    Poor

Stayed in a hotel in Paris but honestly… not a great experience. No AC, the room was tiny and stuffy, and I could hear every door opening and closing from the other rooms. I arrived late at night so it was quiet, but in the early morning the constant door noise woke me up.

Easy to find. Near a small supermarket. Nice outdoor table area. Breakfast was nice and convenient.

    Rather small. No kettle.

    9JakePosted on: 8-6-2025

Staff were very helpful. Easy access. Local to bus routes and food

Had one plug socket in the whole room and the toilet was in a small place

    3RuslanPosted on: 7-28-2025

The location of the hotel was great and very convenient.

The hotel is old and lacks proper facilities. The cleanliness was not very good, and the rooms are very small and cramped.
