Front desk staff were pleasant

1. Housekeeping ignored do not disturb sign 2 of 4 nights 2. Several eye contacts that were not in my party on the floor indicating level of cleaning 3. Sheets were not replaced in cleaning 4. First night stay we came.back about 4am and could not.get in

Proximity to transit

No coffee machine only lyophilized coffee. Staff was ok, polite and did the job but nothing extra compare to the other 4 stars Best Western La Demeure, Paris.

Within one block of public transportation. Subway,Trams, and Bus stop right around the corner

Very small room. Renovated bathroom. However, a medium tall person would have to sit sideweays to use the toilet. The shower glass is way too close to the toilet.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival and helpful with questions. Location was very convenient to restaurants and public transportation. Room was cozy and comfortable.

The staff were absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in they were more than happy to help. Additionally the room was clean and efficiently decorated for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was fantastic and offered lots of great options!

Housekeeping did a great job with cleanliness & really appreciated being so close to the train station! I also liked the hydration center that the hotel provided.

Front desk staff weren¿t very warm or welcoming! The hotel is also quite far from many of the sights.

The lobby is well done¿offers options of snacks, drinks, coffee, alcohol¿some at a charge which is on the honor system.

The rooms are old¿shower had some mold on the walls¿the chairs and carpets are stained¿hallway is super tight and one small elevator the tightly fits 2 people but no suitcases.

The area was terrible, beggars, drunks and gang of men outside the metro offering drugs. Very intimidating. Would definitely not be back to this area.

The room was very small, the mattress very uncomfortable. No-one would answer the telephone at the reception. The elevator was so tiny that my wife and I, each with just one piece of luggage, had to take turns to use it to reach our room.

the floor in the shower was too slipery . I found it dangerous there is no handle to grab if needed the subway stations are rather far.

The rudest and most inattentive staff we have ever experienced. Very unfriendly and poorly kept property. We arrived early and front staff member declined to keep our bags while we toured the city. Terrible experience and should be avoided!

Terrible experience with rude, coworkers, and untidy and dirty hotel, and an average location. This hotel should be avoided as it is the worst hotel. We stayed at in 20 years of traveling frequently. This is a two star property at best, but rated 4 star.

I didn't like anything from the location to the staff to the cleanliness.

Very disappointed with customer service when I reached out to get credit for unacceptable service and was not helped.

The hotel I selected was not location I was requesting, It was 0ne hour away from CDG airport. They would not give me locations I requested. I did not stay this hotel and they did not refund my money. Very disappointed.

Front desk staff were quick in providing hotel accommodations. I liked that the staff allowed me to take some breakfast for my early morning train ride to Nice before it was time - that was kind. Clean but small room. Close to the train station.

Room had nice bed but way too small spaces for a large luggage and 1 carry on. Shower took over 10 min to get warm water. Front desk staff was very nice but a bit hesitant for standard morning wake up call since I had to be up at 4am for packing/train

We enjoyed checking out and notifying manager he had right to charge extra for child but not to expect positive customer review. It's bad business to FORCE people who've already paid for room to pay DOUBLE when kids is accompanying adults.

Every hotel would list if child cost 10 or 20 EURO extra. Upon check in with room already paid, informed extra 70 EURO per night for 6 year old and needed to purchase family room. WORST Hotel experience as already paid, could not leave, and charged more.

The room I booked on your sight stated two double beds and kids free. They didn't book that and kids were not free they said. It stated airport shuttle was available. They tried to book a taxi for twice the cost of an uber for their shuttle service.

Absolutely nothing!!

The front desk person was extremely disrespectful and out of line. He refused to give us the keys to our room if our small child was going to stay with us. He wanted us to book a second and pay an additional $1200+. Outrageous! He ruined our Christmas Eve
