Bathroom was odd.

The bedrooms are really comfortable, and the triple room is nicely equipped. The staff is amazing, very kind and ready to help out at any moment. The location of the hotel is good at a walkable distance to Montmartre. And the breakfast was amazing, definitely a great option on Paris.

The triple bedroom is a little bit small.

Lovely small rooms, perfect for Paris, and that’s enough – after all, you’re here to explore! The location for walking around is fantastic, right by the hotel. The area is very clean (literally, the streets are washed every morning), and it felt very safe and pleasant. The hotel is near the Opera, so it’s very easy to navigate. Overall, the hotel staff and room conditions were excellent. This hotel definitely goes on my list – it’s a place you’ll want to return to.

Interior design

When we arrived there was a rude lady at the reception. The other staff was friendly though

The hotel was well located, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was clean and the breakfast was good

Room was a little basic, could’ve done with a bright picture or two. The TV only had French channels, would’ve liked a world news channel but that is just a small criticism.

Location was very close to the metro, shower pressure was great, staff was friendly, the breakfast stayed open until noon, the ambience of the hotel was cozy

The breakfast was really nothing more than filling up with food. Too bad. And the rooms were very small. the stay was nothing more than a place to sleep and shower imo. Would probably not come back but rather find something more valuable for the money.

Great stay, room comfortable triple. Location is excellent, just a very short walk from the liege metro station and area is lovely, plenty of bars, cafes and shops - felt local and not touristy which we loved. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

We had a triple room, single bed was a sofa bed and mattress was that comfortable.

Great location in Pigalle. Nice design and Malin & Goetz toiletries a nice touch. Very nice hotel, would stay again for sure.

I really liked the location, near to good metros and easy to walk to lots of places. Good restaurants nearby and felt safe walking around by myself in the evening. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Location was brilliant, conveniently located close to 2 metro stations, easy walking distance to Montmartre, Grand Opera and Galleries Lafayette. Breakfast was supplied each morning. Hotel rooms whilst small, are well appointed and clean. Hotel also has elevator which is a nice surprise. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

It would be helpful if a breakfast pack was available before 7am if you need to catch an early flight or train but this is only a minor issue. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful in enabling us to grab a quick breakfast.

Charming and well-located with great service, though the rooms at New Hotel Opéra are on the smaller side.

It is basic but has everything you need and small touches that make a difference.

Location- great neighbourhood with lots of selection for food and drink. Quiet and comfortable! Modern facilities!
