    Pros +

    • The staff was very helpful and nice.
    • Air conditioning!
    • One person at the reception...

    Cons -

    • The room was smaller than expected.
    • Most of the staff did not speak English well and gave contradictory information on problem issue.
    • Same as above, because of locked room temperature, it was slightly colder than it should be at night. Also, soundproofing isn't great at all. My neighbors "talked" for a long time until 4 am and I couldn't sleep all this time.

Room was twice bigger than before (1st time was in October). Same quality, it was little bit cold though, 'cuz you can't manually rise room's temperature (locked on 23C), it can become little bit cold at night, keep this in mind.

Same as above, because of locked room temperature, it was slightly colder than it should be at night. Also, soundproofing isn't great at all. My neighbors "talked" for a long time until 4 am and I couldn't sleep all this time.

Good location, to visit expo port de versailes or montparnasse. Close to catacombes. Room a bit small but as expected. Quite modern considering size and location. Friendly staff.

The location was very convenient for shops, train, buses, and restaurants. The hotel was quint and comfortable

The breakfast was delicious, my only issue was with that the breakfast was located in the basement.

    Comfortable bed, nice reception staff.

    Space is a bit tight

The place is very cold no heater when they give us a heater the electricity closed in the room. The place is very far away from most of the places in Paris.

The location is great; very helpful, kind, and polite staff; all listed amenities were present and worked well; even view was nice (higher floors of course).

I wish the hotel had mini fridges in their rooms, but that’s a Paris problem in general.

    10owenPosted on: 11-1-2025

Quiet and just outside all the busyness of Paris. Easy access to the subway kind employees.

    8PetraPosted on: 10-30-2025

Good hotel with quite small but well equipped rooms. Area seems a bit less busy around night time when you walk home from the metro by yourself (safe, but let slightly dodgy).

Great position to access public transport metro close

Room very small though adequate for single traveler

    9SofiaPosted on: 10-27-2025

The property was in a nice residential neighborhood not far from the metro making it very easy to get to main tourist attractions. The room itself was small but clean with a nice garden view

Good in terms of location. Close to shops, restaurants, shared bike parking spots, 10’ away from metro station.Friendly staff, free water and some treats during the day at the reception.Room has good facilities and a good bed.

Next to the fact that you need to give your key card to the reception whenever you leave the hotel, more importantly they do not verify your name when you ask for your room’s key card. So, everyone could basically enter your room if you’re not there.

For the price expected more, I know it’s Paris but the towels were damp, the elevator didn’t seem very stable, the room was extremely tiny, one plug didn’t work, cleanliness questionable.

Its my second time in this hotel. So again right choice. I love Rue de Alesia. This time ı had a room looking to the street and enjoyed early mornings from my big window. Always clean, comfy room. The staff is so helpful. Go again 3th time soon.

This hotel was a gem for a Paris getaway — in a fantastic location with a surprise Eiffel Tower view that made the stay feel extra special. The room was compact but had everything I needed, and the strong A/C was a lifesaver during warmer days. Everything was super clean, and the overall design struck the right balance between aesthetic and function. The staff were also warm and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions smooth. For the price, it felt like incredible value — especially given the comfort, views, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again.

The layout of some of the rooms was a bit awkward — for example, the bathroom was in a separate small room from the rest of the room, which felt a little cramped. Also, depending on which room you're in, some windows are next to private residences, so we occasionally got cigarette smoke wafting in if we left the window open. These were small issues, though, and didn’t take away from what was overall a great experience.

Great neighborhood, very pleasant and helpful front desk staff.

AC was on a weird timer and shut off in the middle of the night.
