    Pros +

    • For the price and location this is a great hotel. The rooms are very small but seeing we only slept there that was fine. The bathrooms were newly renovated. The hot water was actually hot and the shower head was above your head....which is a big plus.
    • My room was very cute but also very tiny. Had I been a little bigger (I’m 5 ft 4 inches), it probably would be less comfortable. The location was amazing and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful
    • Amazing experience! Perfect location, metro nearby, market, cafés, pizzerias, Starbucks, exchange office, pharmacy… everything is close. Lively and super convenient area.

    Cons -

    • Nope. Worked for us. Hi a family we joe fine it too small.
    • I lived on the sixth floor without an elevator so it was some extra cardio a few times a day. I didn’t mind, though
    • Given a room on the 5th floor - 82 year old husband found it extremely difficult to climb 5 flights of stairs to reach the room. Hotel was unable to give us a room on a lower floor unfortunately so we stayed out of the hotel for a large part of our stay so as not to have to attempt the stairs too often. In defence of the hotel, we based our selection of this hotel on the good reviews, price etc - I took it for granted that the hotel would have a lift without having this confirmed. I would in the future be more perceptive of the 'lack of facilities' when viewing a hotel.

    .location, staff are nice

The location is great, in the middle of the Marais. It's facing a cute courtyard with a few bars. Its a nice vibe- but gets noisy at night, especially on the weekend. The room is small but thats not the issue- issue is the sealing is very low, making it a bit claustrophobic. I asked for a double bed and thay put two single mattresses together- making it not very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner didn't work, and it got cold at night.Staff are nice. They have a staff member 24/7 but it felt like anyone can get in at night time (no code/key for main door)Overall- for only having somewhere to sleep- it was fine if the noise doesn't bother you. I felt like I could get more for my money

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and courteous. It's very close to the metro and has a great location. It will definitely be our choice on our next visit.

Really convenient location. Close to metro, bakeries and good restaurants.

There’s no lift. Room was soo small that the bar fridge was practically useless. Smallest one I’ve ever seen. I appreciated the electric kettle but the sink was soo small and shallow, had to use the shower to fill it. The bathroom was super small and tight that the shower is just in front of the toilet. B.y.o. bedroom slippers.

Location, helpful staff and comfortable beds.

It was in a good area close to Notre Dame.

They put us on the fifth floor with no lift, so we had to take the stairs — not recommended after walking 20,000 steps in Paris! The room was extremely small; I’ve never experienced a hotel room this tiny before. I’m 1.60 m tall, and I could touch the ceiling!

The hotel is in a great location just off Rue de Rivoli, easy for us to walk or pick up a Vélib bike and just go. We had a room that faced a lovely courtyard with several cafes that was a little noisy at night with the windows open but it was not a big deal. The front desk staff were very welcoming and we appreciated that we could leave our luggage after checking out as we had a late afternoon flight. Of note, there is no lift and we were on the 5th floor (6th floor US) which could be an issue for some people.

    Nothing!

Very clean room and tastefully decorated. Excellent location. No elevator. Walls are not sound proof so you will hear your neighbour’s hairdryer etc. Breakfast is continental so if you want a big breakfast then don’t include it in the cost and eat instead at a local restaurant.I the rooms are fine but small so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for someone who is really large or obese.

Very accommodating to give us a low floor. Beautifully clean. Superb location overlooking a fabulous square of restaurants, although nicely quietly too. Very friendly reception staff.

The prime location. Could easily access the main attractions by walking

My room was very small and has a narrow corridor that could only allow one person to go through. Not enough space to put the luggage. I had to close it and move it away from the doorway so I could open the door.

A lot of stairs if you struggle with those

    The location.

I did not like the room, the bed, the shower, the toilet, nor the cost of the hotel.

    8DimitarPosted on: 9-25-2025

location is good, close to metro and there are many restaurants nearby. it's very clean

no elevator, but that's common everywhere

    7lamarPosted on: 9-25-2025

The hotel met my expectations for a budget friendly hotel. As a single traveler, the small space was fine for me. The staff was nice and the location was amazing (4 minute walk to the Metro line). I did have a room on the 4th floor (walk up), but the courteous man carried my luggage up for me when I arrived. Very kind and thoughtful!

The room was small. As a solo person, it was fine. Had my partner been with me, it would have not been nearly as enjoyable. No space anywhere to put your bags except on the end of the bed.
