Pros +
- The location of this hotel was great. Next to a bus and train line. Next to the central rail station.
- Service and location is excellent. It was very clean and shower/bathroom was excellent. Staff was very warm and friendly. Location left us speechless: we could see Sacre Coeur from our balcony (every room has a balcony). Metro is next to the building too.
- Old. I liked though because I felt that I was in 1970s. Decent place for the price paid.
Cons -
- Everything was great except the WiFi. It was very very poor quality. No A/C but there is a fan in the room, so it was okay.
- The only constructive feedback I have is that rooms are poorly furnished. Two small beds are clean but not soft. TV is tiny and old fashioned. Room also has one desk, one chair, one stool and small wardrobe. However overall it is well worth the money.
- Nothing - everything was great.

We were given a lovely room on the 5th floor with a great view of the Sacre Coeur and we could also see the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful, allowing us early check-in on arrival. And best of all is the location. Perfect for Montmartre, Gare du Nord and the metro.
Nothing - everything was great.
Great location nice staff and comfortable hotel
We enjoyed our stay! Typical French breakfast doesn't include eggs which we did miss. I was not looking for fancy, didn't plan on hanging out in the room. I was there to see Paris. And have a comfortable bed to return to at nite. So for me it was great. If you need fancy frills you should keep looking. Perfect location. Out our window was Eifell tower, and the Bacillica! So cool! Sat on the little deck and enjoyed our view.
Very small elevator only 1-2 persons at a time, but what an old world charm it added to be truthful!!
The man at reception when we arrived was nice and welcoming. He spoke English which was very helpful, and offered to let us put our bags in our room or check in early. After a long flight, that was very helpful.
The hotel is worn, dark, dirty, and clearly not cared for. The furniture is broken as evidenced by daring to find a plug to use or just by looking at the end tables stacked in the "closet". The bathroom doubled as a sauna whether we liked it or not. They did give a complimentary chef consultation in the form of a mouse that came out of the bathroom in order to inspect our leftovers, but we didn't ask for that.
The staff are very friendly. The location is perfect, being just 100m from Anvers Metro station. The rooms are quite small but nicely equipped for a 2 star. The bed was amazing, so comfy! Our room had a view of the city including the Eiffel Tower.
Everything was as expected.
Good location, close to Anvers metro station and Montmartre, Pigalle. Many restaurants, shops in the area. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful.
The room was too small and needs renovation.
The location was great, there was a lift.
The room was very small and outdated, the bathroom was very old with peeling paint in the bathtub, the toilet seat was the wrong type for the toilet and it kept slipping sideways. It was quite noisy on the above floor overnight
Breakfast fine coffee and milk top up could have been faster!Location is perfect for the metro and Montmartre
The weather!
Good location ,close to Anvers metro and about 20 minutes walk from Gare Du Nord .Make sure you go to Rue Des Martyrs,it is full of the best patisseries ,chocolate ,cheese, bars about 10 minutes walk away
Furniture in the rooms is a dark wood ,not modern
Our room had a great view of the Eiffel tower. Front desk staff were just fabulous. Friendly and very helpfull
Nothing to mention
I like the Hotel room, cozy and not too small and the bed was comfy. The Hotel is near Restaurants, bars, fast food like Popeyes down the street, 3 thrift shops were near which I luv vintage clothing. The Metro is very nearby which makes it convenient to tour Paris.
Near sacré coer.
Hairdryer not working. No body wash
Was a good place for the 3 nights we were there. Had what we needed
Feel alittle dirty and the shower was extremely small
This hotel was very close to the metro. It had a lovely boulangerie 100metre away with great pastries. The room was basic ,but incredibly good value .Lots of cheap good restaurants near by.24hr foyer good.
All the staff members we encountered were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The bed was also comfortable.
There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that affected our stay. The stairway was visibly dusty and dirty throughout the three days we were there. The bathroom was particularly concerning—there was a mouldy shower curtain, clumps of hair in the corners of the floor, and even a used block of soap left in the plughole. The desk unit in the room was also dirty. We were especially concerned about the exposed or questionable electrical wiring in the slated ceiling, which didn’t feel safe. Noise insulation was poor—you could clearly hear people in the neighbouring room showering and even using the toilet. Overall, while the staff and bed were positives, the cleanliness and maintenance issues need serious attention.
The location is brilliant... And the staff were so very helpful. I asked for a view of the Eiffel Tower and that's exactly what I got! Amazing. The room was comfy and I slept well.
Location hood & good value for this
Sheets had other people’s hair on them !! Was told they couldn’t be changed except for by housekeeping who were not available
