Pros +
- The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the proprietor. The room exceeded expectations, being clean and well-appointed, with an excellent shower in the wet room. The location was great, being barely 15mins walk from the Eiffel Tower.
- Clean Accessible
- Convenient location bear the station. Nice staff.
Cons -
- There were only net curtains for the window of our ground-floor room which overlooked the courtyard garden, although there was a proper curtain across the door. Parking was expensive and 2mins walk from the hotel, which was not made clear prior to booking
- Too Little space but just for weekend get away
- Very small bathroom. Basic breakfast.

This hotel is very cute! The rooms are a bit small but I think it is great for the price! Location was good, near to the metro.
Very nicely renovated rooms, very quiet. Staff was super friendly. There's a fantastic bakery across the street.

Passable
The was a problem with the heat . 2 of the 5 days of our stay were with no heat in the room . ( our visit was New Year’s Eve ) Every day the water was medium heat , something that troubled us a lot ..
It was in a nice area and right beside the metro - was clean
Room was very small Bathroom door was see through
Extremely disappointing
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.During our four-day stay, we never had access to hot water for showering. We reported this issue every day. First, we spoke in person with one receptionist, who repeatedly told us that a technician was fixing the problem. However, both the shower and the tap on the second floor never provided hot water, despite being told that it was working on the ground floor.A few days later, we contacted the hotel again by phone and spoke with a second receptionist. We were told that the issue would be forwarded to the manager, but after several days we never received any follow-up or explanation. This made us feel ignored and not taken seriously. We do not believe it is acceptable to welcome guests if the hotel cannot provide basic services such as hot water, nor if there is no willingness to properly address these issues, especially considering the money guests pay for their stay.Additionally, early in the morning the cleaning staff were shouting and laughing loudly to communicate from room to room, showing no consideration for guests who were still sleeping.Overall, a very poor experience that does not meet the basic standards expected from a hotel.
This was by far the...
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in four years of living in Europe. On the very first night, the temperature was –1°C, yet there was no hot water in the room. After asking the front desk, we were told it would be fixed “soon.” However, by 11 p.m. nothing had been resolved. When I went back to ask again, they told us it wouldn’t be repaired until 1 or 2 a.m. Their attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, and they even said that it wasn’t just our room—the entire building had the same problem, as if that somehow made it acceptable.Entering and exiting the hotel was also incredibly inconvenient. The main door cannot be opened with the room key and requires staff at the front desk to unlock it. Unfortunately, staff were often not present, which meant we frequently had to wait outside for a long time just to get in or out of the hotel. Completely unacceptable. On the day of checkout, despite checkout being at 11:00 a.m. and us clearly hanging a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping opened our door without permission at 9:30 a.m. This was a serious invasion of privacy.Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. If negative stars were an option, I would gladly give minus ten stars.
Staff were polite and helpful , rooms were clean and room service was good
The temperature in the room was cold and not adjustable ; hot water wasn’t working for a whole day
The hotel is located only 30 min walking distance from Eiffel Tower, within 8 min walk from several metro stations and in a nice neighbourhood where you can find a lot of local shops and coffee places. I also liked that it was clean and the staff was very welcoming.
The size of our room was small, but I personally did not need much more, because I spent most of the time outside visiting the city.
location. second receptionist was nice
the noise… bring earplugs if you wanna sleep
The bed was comfortable.
The shower was very bad, I decided to not shower the last night, I like to shower twice a day. This tells a lot. No proper hot water. The heating did not worked properly. The staff on the first night was rude, told me I just have to wait for the heating. Aha, I waited 2 nights, that never really arrived. I would never stay in this max 2* "hotel" ever. We didn't got the room on the pictures. Instead we got some disability room with disability shower. I reather never visit Paris again if I have to stay in this place. The breakefast was poor. You had to cook your own frickin egg, no salami, nothing. For 15 EUR, this was a big mistake and shame. There is a deli literaly 1 minute away, better things you can buy there, or a restaurant 3 mins away.People, only choose this place if your other choice is to live on the street.
Friendly staff clean comfortable beds
No tea coffee in the room very small room
I stayed here and was getting bites on my body. I found beg bugs in the bed, and when I tried to contact the hotel for reimbursement rhey did not respond. Another guest had a similar issue. While the staff was nice and friedly they didnt move me rooms, or give a reimbursement even when i emailed them multiple times and showed them photos
There was bed bugs. No help to resolve the matter which was frustrating. They also have not contacted me for reimbursement. I will be filing a dispute through my credit card to resolve the matter. Stay at your own risk
Good
First I got a room on the ground floor overlooking the atrium, and even worse there wero no windows. I got irritated and then they changed it. But to sell a room without windows, not clealry stating that fact, and for the same price is neither professional nor fair.
Lovely staff, clean rooms! A really great place to stay for good value for money! Would definitely recommend. Clean, white sheets and towels, lovely pillows clean nice shower.
Bigger rooms perhaps.
We checked in late in the evening and had no issues at all — we were met, given the key, and told everything about the room. The room is small, with just enough space for the bed and two suitcases around it, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Everything was clean and tidy! :)
A small nuance: every time we took a shower, water leaked heavily from the shower area because the drain couldn’t handle it fast enough. We had to put towels on the floor to keep the entire 2-square-meter bathroom from flooding.
The location is good since the metro station is nearby
The room is really too small. I stayed 2 nights so at the end was ok but there is literally no space to move. The wardrobe is absent, the heating make noises, the sink of the bathroom is so small that my hands can barely fit completely, so the water was all'over the bathroom.
