Area was good,

Location is on a back alleyway. Krash club just across the street. Not good at night.

Hotel is beautiful, staff is gentle and very well located in middle of city to explore Paris in night anytime by walk.Most recommend hotel from my side.

Location was central which was very comfortable.

Staff was not helpful with ordering of a taxi. Indifferent people working there. No personal connection with their guests.

I like to politness of the stuff, the vintage atmosphere and the location.

Great location with easy access to many transport options, making it simple to get around all of Paris. The room was very clean and full of character - exposed beams & deco that felt authentically Parisian rather than a generic chain‑hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful too. I’ll happily rebook next time I come through Paris.

Excellent location, convenient bed and a friendly staff. We ordered breakfast one time and it was good, croissants were fantastic.

Pillows were too tough and for a quite high price of the room there was not a single bottle of complimentary water (one can use the minibar though)

It was pricey at €200 for a single room but tha was not unique to this hotel- could not find anything much cheaper.

Location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small. The staff were very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again -it was great value for money.

Everything, the concierge all employees is lovely persons and the facility loved the decorations.

I have nothing negative about the property and my stay well if I have something, I was waiting for a reservation for three months because they are always full capacity and finally I found staying in the property, I loved it.

Unbeatable location, a lot of things to do around the hotel, such as restaurants and cafes. The public transport connection is also good; plenty of stops close to the hotel. Only a few minutes away from the river, Notre Dame, and other attractions. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The room was quite big for the center of Paris. A quiet location within walking distance of a lot of historical places and restaurants.

Really loved this hotel! Very classic French complete with upholstered walls in public area and guest rooms. I will definitely be back! Great neighborhood as well.

Rooms did not have ironing board and iron in them. I had to go downstairs to iron my shirt.

Given correct room type that was asked for.

No porterage. There were a few descending stairs that are difficult to navigate for this room type. Could have had help with large bag if elderly.

Fantastic location.

They only have one crib for babies/toddlers for the entire hotel. That we appreciated, however we asked the staff for additional linen and pillows to build a floor bed; we were told to “look in the cupboard” and that’s all we were provided.

Location, helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and the location is convenient. However, the room was not as clean as expected. I noticed dust and even stains on the duvet. The photos also made it look much more spacious than it really is; in reality, the room is very small.

The only issue which was big tbh, was that the room was painted recently as a result it was smelling very bad, in a way that we decided to keep window open first night and couldnt sleep well due to noice.

Brilliant location. Loved being able to walk straight out onto the many bars, restaurants, the Seine just 2 mins away (We went swimming in the Seine which was a highlight). Really helpful staff who went above and beyond when we had questions about various museums. Nice quiet room that was also lovely and cool for the very high August temperatures.

The shower in our ensuite bathroom in room 2 was a bit cramped - if you were taller than 6ft it would be a bit of a squeeze but that is only a minor point and I found the pillows hard but my daughter was fine with them - so that's subjective!

I loved the walkability to everything and the air con!
