Hotel Louvre Saint-Honore

Loved the location. Close to many of the places I wanted to visit whether it was walking distance or a quick bike ride. I also love that this hotel is eco friendly from the key card being wood to the option to save on water by not having my room cleaned.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's very centrally located to many of the sights to see in Paris. Yummy pastry shops nearby, and tasty restaurants too. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Rug very stained & water with fruit in lobby surround by fruit flies. Young lady while checking seemed annoyed checking us in .night guy was amazing!

The room was really nice & the bed was really comfortable. The staff was nice and it was easy to navigate. Great location!

We were returning around 9 o¿clock and the entrance to the hotel, the sliding glass doors, must lock after a certain time, only to be let in by staff. Well there was no staff sitting at the desk so we waiting outside for maybe 10 minutes, unable to enter.

The beds smell HORRIBLE! We were only here two nights, any longer and we would have had to go somewhere else. Our pajamas smelled like the bed in the morning! For $450 a night it was shocking.

Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. Location was excellent.

The hotel tried to charge us 21 Euros per person for a continental breakfast that their own website says is included in your stay. We refused to pay after a heated discussion. Buyer beware of hotel trying to rip you off on the "free continental breakfast"

Modern spacious rooms and bathrooms. Proximity to the Louvre and metro station. Many side streets with excellent restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Laundromat 2 minute walk.

Most of the staff was outstanding. One gentleman working the night shift when we returned from the Louvre on night one was a bit rude. We asked for another pillow and he brings up a towel instead. We never got our pillow.

To half the lights did not work You have to leave a keycard in the wall to keep the power on The coffee pot was dirty The bed was extremely lumpy They say this is a 4 star restaurant and it was a lie. 2 stars more like it

The location was excellent for seeing the Louvre and getting around. The staff was extremely helpful and kind!

The NOISE of the street was really awful - went long into the night and then garbage trucks early in the morning! And the room was so hot with no way to control the thermostat. We couldn’t open a window because of the noise...if you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you.

Staff was very nice, the public space on the first floor was comfortable and inviting, the bed and housekeeping were impeccable

Room was very small with no room to maneuver. the bathroom had a very small shower and we lost the lights in the bathroom the day before we left. Old European hotel elevator (can fit only two people) was always sounding like it was on its last legs.

Small but elegant. High end rooms with good service.
