Proximity to train station. It is also surprisingly well insulated from the noise of traffic outside. It also felt safe and secure.

The room was on the small side, but not bad. The shower gets the floor wet in the bathroom -- but only a minor gripe.

This is the BEST hotel if you're coming/going from Gare du Nord.

The wifi was so slow (1168ms ping) that you couldn't even run Speedtest.net.

Clean, close to train and tube stations. Ideal for those traveling by Eurostar from London.

The breakfast area is a bit cramped. The coffee and food table is close to the entrance, so as you're putting food on your plate, you're interrupted by people entering the room.

Room and location were great. Some miscommunication about what was paid for via Booking.com regarding breakfast and city tax. Staff were really friendly and helpful around the whole property.

Location was perfect for us as travelling via the Eurostar. Single room with 3/4 bed was small but perfectly adequate. Very clean and comfy. Great to have tea/coffee in the room. Reception staff we very helpful and efficient.

It was a bit more expensive that expected but presumable due to location opposite the Gare du Nord. My colleague was on the 5th floor so using the very small lift detracted a bit.

I kindly asked for some milks for the room As usually they are complimentary along with tea bags and coffee sachets . I was refused by one member of staff and said rudely that I would only be allowed if I had breakfast in the Hotel ? I said there is a kettle in the room along with complimentary tea /coffee and 2 milks . However I was staying with my daugther I needed more , I like to have a cup of tea before bed . He gave me 8 little milks , again he was very rude and didn't like giving it to me .On my departure I mentioned about this a another receptionist said that usually it's free

Location is opposite the Paris du Gare du Nord train station so it is ideal for arriving and departing. This is a basic hotel that meets all expectations in terms of being clean enough and comfortable enough without excelling or being anything special. The breakfast was nothing special but enough to be acceptable. You are right next to the subway, which is the cheapest way to get around Paris.

Everything is compact including the shower and room, but it does work. Its expensive for most EU countries but is the going price for Paris, and you are right next to the train station with access to the subway.

My room was larger than expected, very clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. 24 hour desk and secure building

Convenient to Gare du Nord for Metro. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast selection good, apart from the scrambled egg/bacon.

Had to move from original booked room as too cold. New room offered was warmer. The young chap who was on Reception was extremely polite and sorted the matter instantly. Unfortunately did not get his name.Sound on TV was not working. Tried everything and we could not get it working. The problem was not the remote, it was the tv setting on mute. I called Reception and staff member on duty (not the polite young chap from earlier but an older member of staff) said he couldn’t come to the room and that we should go to reception and bring the remote. We were all in pjs after a long day touring the city so asked him politely to come to the room. He said he was with a customer so we said that’s fine, just come when they are sorted. He sounded like he had been inconvenienced but said he would come to the room! HE NEVER CAME!! No phone in room. Towels old and grey/rough. Shower was weak, pressure low. Table in breakfast room right by kitchen, kitchen door open, staff in and out, noisy as tables were cleared. sitting space tight. scrambled egg/bacon was not at all appetising, egg was not cooked properly, liquid form! Building work right outside hotel and this should be noted on Booking.com as it was extremely noisy first thing this morning.

Some strange customers. Lady refusing to give room number in public for breakfast…shouting and staring at everyone. Can hear the neighbour leaving early in the morning

Close to train station Gare du Nord

Room key didn’t work and hotel staff took 5-6 attempts to reactivate a new card. Location is not very pleasant at night.

Very close to train station. Clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurant choice very close by

Shower is good. Reception guy is very friendly and helpful. Saw him helped an elderly couple carried their luggage.

The surrounding area doesn't feel particularly safe.

Tiny (but typical Parisian hotel) room and ensuite. Tiniest lift I’ve ever been in!!

Good location for the Euro Star. Staff are very helpful. Clean and comfortable close to good restaurant. Was close to Metro for Moulin Rouge.

So easy to go around the cities and safe

Some door knob is needed to change to repair, but the rest is all acceptable.

It is very well located just a few steps from Gare du Nord, the room was clean and comfortable.

The lift is tiny so no space for more than 1 person with one suitcase but can’t be helped as it’s an old building
