The hotel plus the room was spotless very clean and the staffs were very nice I recommend going there.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I liked how welcoming Hugor (the receptionist) was and how warm and smiley he was; it made me feel at home. I traveled alone for the first time, and I really, really enjoyed my stay there. Also Hugor is the best. If you ever see him, know that you're in good hands.

I wasn't able to Cast from my phone to the TV since it wasn't hooked to the internet. I felt a bit stuck because I couldn't enjoy anything on TV.

It was fairly close to the metro

It was not very clean. We smelled weed during the night on our floor and there were bugs in our room.

We really liked how clean the rooms were, along with the strong shower water pressure and comfortable room temperature.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like—aside from the dirty streets—but its proximity to the metro and bus stop made commuting very convenient.

Friendly people who are works in reception

The property appears outdated and does not feel well maintained. Noise levels are noticeable, and the surrounding area is less desirable. The pricing seems consistent with the hotel’s overall condition and location.

There were problems with the water in the bathroom: water was collecting in the sink and draining very slowly. The toilet brush is broken. The view from the window is not very nice.

Unsafe staff unhelpful I left within an hour because I nearly got assaulted in the lift, looks like it has refugees staying their most the people in the area looked like they were on drugs I was chased down the road two seperate taxi drivers told me not to stay there and I was promised a refund which weeks later have not received and customer services told me staff have not replied to them for them to now proceed with the refund complete scam!!! Very unhappy and awaiting still a response from them do not stay here

You can park your car for only 10 euros a day. Good breakfast, very pleasant friendly personnel at the reception. The metro station very near to the hotel.

The underground parking looks scary and it is really narrow. The neighborhood of the hotel makes feel a little bit uncomfortable. The room for 4 persons is really really small. Better is really to take 2 separate room.

Didn’t feel safe at night with the number of homeless on the streets outside.

The room was very small for a family of four; the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets had stains. The description on the website said the room had A/C, but it didn't; there was only one window that didn't open, and the room was very hot.

The staff was nice, polite and helpful.The room was perfect for us as we only came to the accommodation to shower and sleep.

Clean safe hotel, small room but everything you need, location is great with metro, busses and rer all around hotel. Price is cheap as we found it is in more of a local place so on the outskirts of the city of paris but only cost €2.50 to get into city, but with the location comes with local supermarkets and bakerys, fresh fruit and restaurants which are cheap compared to in the city so picking up some essentials and a crossont was cheap, would definatly book again if coming back to paris. Even had a view of eiffell tower .

Could of done with more plug sockets, only 1 and not a plug just for 2 wires, 1 usb connection and 1 type c connection, so had to take it in turn to charge all 4 phones, watches and power banks
