Room was clean and in a good condition.

There was a mirror placed on the right hand side of the headboard which was in a strange position

room was generous sized, location was great for our activities, pool was very nice

We did not dislike anything. I would just wish the spa/swimming pool area stayed open later or opened earlier. But not a deal breaker.

We had suite on 6th floor with a large terrace. The actual toilet is in a separate compartment 10 feet from the shower/tub/sink. We are average size adults. The toilet compartment door automatically swings closed. There is no way anyone taller than 5’10” can comfortably use this restroom as the automatic door would bump your knees. While the terrace is nice the room is no different than any other larger hotel room in Paris but at the price point one pays for this unit we would not be able to recommend it. We have stayed at a MGallery hotel in Lyon and found their suite room to be far superior in almost every respect. Finally, the breakfast buffet is no different than any breakfast buffet at upper mid-range hotel. Sufficient but nothing special. All of this said the staff is exceptional and the accommodation clean and comfortable.

Large, well equipped suite. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Close proximity to Gare de Lyon and Place de la Bastille.

Hotel kindly upgraded us to Superior. The room exceeded all expectations with Super King bed and rainfall shower along access to the Spa and swimming pool. Location was a 25 ride from all the sites with restaurants abound and very safe

Very friendly staff, fresh breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful and quiet hotel. Ideal for rest.

Sauna and steam room / pool area. Floor was not clean and drains blocked.. the steam room was hot and good but the floor and drains uncomfortable so had to wear slippers.

It was only OK. Clean, nice staff, safe - bit too expensive for what it was.

It was pretty expensive, and the room, which was supposed to be a Junior Suite, was an odd shape... there was another guest room in the centre of the room, which we had to walk around. There was just this big box in the middle of our room, which was a odd shape.

EVERYTHING! The location is so ideal for the metro and my son who lives in the area! The wellness center is fabulous to relax and refresh! The food was a high standard. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The room and hotel public areas immaculate!

There were no complimentary/spare toothbrush toothpaste or biscuits! Coffee was amazing though.

The best stay in any hotel ever it was my husband's 70th they went way beyond making his day great. Spa is amazing could not fault it will definitely go back

Clean place, with lots of cafés and restaurants around.The flea market is right outside on the weekends.

The room could have been given at 1 pm, as had been told in the online checkin.But it seems they wanted to stick to the 3pm checkin rule.The bed is very uncomfortable with terrible pillows.The room was too warm , had to open the windows at night.The housekeeping poked around my possessions.One of my hearing aids was found under the bedI had definitely left them in a case , which was zipped up in a pouch.It’s also not central.Requires a 20-30 minutes cab ride to Marais and other areas of interest to a tourist.
