The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated.

Some of the front desk staff were a little rude. One made jokes about the way we spoke.

Really clean, hotel rooms were amazingly modern with nice coffee makers, beautiful showers. Breakfast was 10/10 amazing, they nailed the experience and look of the hotel

Felt a bit deceived from the booking promoting the spa which it wasn’t included (this could be normal in Paris, but from other places we’ve stayed pools and saunas are included) - at 38 euro it wasn’t worth the extra to use the pool/sauna for 45 minutes.

The woman staff was rather rude at the start and we filled out a survey but received none of what we requested without consistent asking.

The hotel was welcoming and inviting from the moment we stepped in. Our room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed it being close to a local bakery, pharmacy and several great food options. It was very quiet compared to being in the heart of Paris where it can get very busy. It was like visiting a sweet little town. We traveled with our teenage sons and they enjoyed their stay as well.

It is really modern, cool design hotel. Everything is new n luxury. I just mistook as brick fast was included but it wasn’t… however that price was worth to pay! It was amazing. I quite enjoyed making waffle for my first time.

I wanted use the pool but it needs to book before n need to pay…. I wasn’t sure what time I’lI arrive n leave. So couldn’t decided it when I can use.

Delicious breakfast with plenty options , clean , lovely atmosphere and staff service in general is excellent at restaurant , Reception, Housekeeping very friendly and helpful . Also, we arrived in taxi but move in train to all the tourist attractions so its in a safe place with good access to transport to the attractions .

Great hotel, close enough to all the sights. Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely too! Having a relaxing swim and sauna at the end of a busy day was an excellent addition

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the gentlemen at the front desk was so so lovely and spoke very good English. He made our stay a 10/10!

The location is the only fault, there aren’t many metro stations local and the busses can be a bit confusing, we used taxi’s and Bolt to travel to and from the hotel

Room was spacious and very clean

The heating didn’t work properly, the room was overheated and it was not possible to turn the heating down. We tould the staff but nothing happened.

Excellent breakfast. Convenient location. Professional Staff. Everything was very good.

Better cleaning in the coffee machine.
