    • The cleanliness, friendly staff, location.
    • Location and style without pomp or snobbery

    Cons -

    • The "deluxe" room was very small and very noisy. I didn't have a good night sleep the entire time I was there. The "spa" was a treatment room with a scratchy towel on the table. The staff was clearly not trained as an aesthetician for facials or massage.
    • Paid more Deluxe room but the street was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. The massage and facial were poor. Treatment room smelled like dirty mop. Pop music, no sheets on massage table, no robes. Facial was basically cold cream. Waste of money.
    • I would mention that the staff works not very good. It is very frequent they can forget one of ordered items. The rooms are cleaned not proper water in the rooms are barely refilling.

    The location is excellent.

I had high expectations for this hotel, which cost us over €600 per night. I could have overlooked a bathroom door that didn't close—the fact that every cappuccino at breakfast cost extra annoyed me more—but the fact that all the rooms in this hotel facing the courtyard are bombarded with noise from a nightclub until 2 a.m. is unacceptable. I really like music, but not when I have to pay so much for it. We were very disappointed.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us recommendations for restaurants and were extremely inviting of us.

Clean. Close to metro. Close to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Quiet--away for the hustle and bustle. Eduardo at the front desk was amazing!

The rooftop bar is overly pricey. Great location but too costly to enjoy for any length of time. The balcony, which we paid a greater sum for, was very small. Two people cannot sit outside at the table at the same time. Disappointing.

    Location

hotel wouldn't help us with changing our nights due the Eurostar cancellations, gave us zero options! Very unhelpful. We asked the hotel reception upon arrival to book us a specific restaurant, he couldn't do it, pretended to try, he was trying to sell us the "hotel restaurant" option. I ended up booking the external restaurant myself in front of him. Shower was impossible to work - hot water tap needed brutal force to work. Get a new shower already! Courtyard had loud music and lights on until 4am, no warning by hotel of this! Our room faced the courtyard! Not happy!

the location, front desk staff, quietness

During 4 nights of stay, we only requested room cleaning service once while we were out about for whole day. When we return in the evening, it wasn't as clean as when we checked in.

The breakfast buffet was unbelievably well done. It was elegant, well stocked and had variety. The quality of each ingredient or dish was impeccable. It was truly a delight to go downstairs and relax in the lounge each morning, with a cup of coffee paired with a bite sized buttery croissant and perfect eggs. 10/10

If I could nitpick it would be the smallest details: there is not a ton of room to organize and lay out your clothes for two people. The water in the shower does not get as hot as I would have liked. And the mirror in the bathroom did not have a beauty light, so it was hard to do my makeup. Clearly not designed by someone who does makeup on themselves.

The hotel was renovated and fun and good restaurant, nice staff

My room was very noisy , heard ambulance, police all night, it was difficult to sleep

Breakfast good. The restaurant is good for dinner too.

We're happy here. It's our fourth visit.

Great location/ lovely facilities bar etc

Toilet had no sink in the room

    10KerriPosted on: 10-26-2025

The staff were very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, room was huge, and the view of the church opposite from my balcony was gorgeous. The gym was well equipped.

The room was overly warm for me because I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heater. I should have asked reception, instead I just kept the balcony doors open for breeze.

Great hotel. Staff very friendly. Room very spacious.Great location in central Paris, close to metro station, and many restaurants

We weren't that keen on the shower in the bath - the high step out may be challenging for some.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in August 2025. The location is good, beds comfortable enough. However, would not stay again.

Our room did not have a shower (had one of those tubs that have a faucet head you can hold onto and shower yourself down) which is not in line with a four star hotel. Other amenities and helpfulness of the staff also not in line with a four star hotel. Have stayed in better in Le Marais and Paris generally for similar cost.

Right in the heart of Marais district Hotel National Des Arts was beyond beautiful. Room was spacious, the balcony overlooking the stress/church was wonderful to enjoy each night. Rooftop bar was insane with great views of Paris including Eiffel Tower and more. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel restaurants and bars were great too. Decor was stunning, I just can’t recommend this hotel enough!!! Every corner and detail was true Parisian style.

Loved it all! Only thing was being a pillow snob myself, they could have been a little better, but we still had great sleep.

Staff, location and bar were all excellent.

The rooms were a bit dated. No outlet in bathroom.
