The personal touch. The staff was very helpful and professional. On a quiet street close to bus and metro via a variety of stop options. Room very comfortable especially the beds. View onto the street. Bathroom spotless. Not a chain type hotel. Wifi great

For those with mobility issues the elevator is accessible but there are a few steps to reach it

Really enjoyed the hotel, we got to choose a room with a balcony which was nice. Location very close to multiple metro stops so very convenient. The hotel is also super close to a laundromat which really helped during our multiple week trip in Europe!

Kind staffs Location, restaurants around hotel Supermarket just across the street But room was quite small and no refrigerator.

Beds are very comfortable, rooms are cosy but still big enough! Lovely patisserie just a few doors away , location is a little on the outskirts but very short walk to metro and busses, enjoyed our stay !! Would absolutely stay again

This is a very nice hotel. My husband and I enjoy staying at the hotel when visiting Paris. It is located in a quiet residential area but very convenient to take subway to go to anywhere. Our room is clean, cute and beautiful. We even have a lovely balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially, we greatly appreciate Stéphane’s help for his valuable advices and great service in breakfast. We have such a pleasant experience in Paris and feel happy for choosing this hotel. We absolutely recommend New Orient Hotel to all tourists who plan to travel to Paris!

The room was great (no carpeting, clean wood floors which added to the cleanliness factory for us!), the staff terrific, the location, no complaints - over all, this was a wonderful place to stay!

We were expecting a room with a balcony so that was a little disappointing but other than that we give it 2 thumbs up!

The room was very outdated and did not correspond to the photos.There was an unpleasant incident during the stay that left a negative impression; however, the hotel staff made an effort to handle the situation and smooth things over.My rating is based solely on the interior of the room and the price–quality ratio.

The hotel service is excellent, it's very close to Galeries Lafayette shopping center, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is healthy. The overall atmosphere is great. I highly recommend staying here.

The classic Parisian style of construction, balcony, and the tiny lift which was recently refurbished. Overall clean and quiet.

Very narrow staircase and lift which could barely fit 2 large luggages and one person. Some furnitures like desk chair or sofa/couch in the lobby were quite dark and dusty.

The location is perfect and so convenient! Staffs here are all super friendly and helped us a lot. We really enjoyed staying here and will stay here again when we’re back to Paris in the future

The location is great. It's is very easy to get there. Personel is super kind and helpful. Room is small but has it's style.

The breakfast is served and the choice is poor but if you have a busy schedule it will do.

This property is really in the centre of Paris ❤️ the staff is so so friendly and helpful! The room was cleaned everyday and clean towels aswell! I would definitely stay again! We didnt get breakfast during pur stay but im sure it is beautiful too

No place mentioned the stairs we weird and it stops in between floors. And the steps of the stairs are very small . Anyone can easily fall

Stephan was great ! Very accomidating,helpful and polite. - a genuinely nice person. The room was small - but that is to be expected in a city hotel. Rooms were immaculate!!!Breakfast was Perfect for on the go as well as sit down. The neighborhood was great! Only downfall - very noisy from street at night.
