B&B HOTEL Paris Porte des Lilas

The staff was very helpful and friendly .The room was spacious.Lacking was a small refrigerator and glasses to drink our wine.There was also no safe in the room.

The location

I book for 1 bled not 2 small bed. The smell was bad at the entrance. The towels was too old and not soft . No flat iron and the blow dryer was old and broken it didn’t work for me.

The room size was comfortable and they let you save your luggage in advance.

We could not control the room temperature, it was hot and it smelled like cigarette. It could have been better cleaned up too.

The hotel has a strategic location with easy access to buses and the metro to the city center. The room is small but clean and cozy, perfect for winter. There’s a nice lounge to relax in, and plenty of food options just steps away from the hotel.

I recommend this hotel aside from near of bus and train station their staff are approachable and can speak English

Had an incident that was a missing item that belongs to my partner after a supposed cleaning, item lost and no contact from the hotel about it, after I also talked to receptionist

I liked the location, it was very convenient and close to the metro station, which made it easy to get around. The 24-hour check-in was really helpful, especially for late arrivals. The staff were nice, polite, and always ready to assist. The hotel also felt clean and maintained, and the lobby area was welcoming.

The room was quite small, and the breakfast didn’t have many options.

It was quiet. It was nice to have some morning food available.

The room had dust under the bed and along the edges. The floors were in need of a washing.

No hot water on one of the days during my stay, I got sick because of the cold water shower

One day around 11 AM there was no hot water in the showers. And the room was very dusty with actual dust balls under the beds.

Room was clean, location very good and close to subway and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was a tight fit for two men and little room for baggage. No face/wash cloths.

Last day they gave me a towel with red stains (likely blood). Very gross. The wifi is ridiculous, like not having it. It is unacceptable in Paris in 2025.

The best thing about this hotel is the price/quality ratio. You don’t pay a large sum and You get solid quality. Other than that it’s average.

Tiny spots on the mattress. Lack of towels and the smell in the toilet. It’s not the worst thing but won’t be coming back.

Big room, sound proof walls, clean, comfortable bed.

We don’t have access to drinking cold water or ice, the night staff was angry about asking for ice and refused to give us a plate! The place is far from the centre. Line 11 metro and buses are available but takes considerable amount of time. Also, it seems that although I booked the room 2 months before the staying time, the price was the same as our staying time.

The environment, the building, the location, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, the furniture were nice and clean, the convenience of vending machine, the trash area was always clean.I like drinking a glass of wine each time I came back tired from my tours.
