- The location of the hotel is amazing — the metro is nearby, and there are plenty of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and shopping places around. You can easily reach many attractions on foot, which is super convenient + quiet. To be honest, the main reason I’m giving 8/10 overall is because of one gentleman named Leo at the reception. He is such a kind, warm-hearted, and helpful person who always goes the extra mile to assist guests and solve issues immediately. He’s very welcoming, speaks several languages fluently, and made our stay so pleasant. Thank you, Leo, for your kindness and support throughout our stay! You truly made a difference!
- I stay here every time visiting Paris lately. But th is time the staffs were changed and not nice as before.
Cons -
- If I should say sth, the breakfast might be better quality
- We had one concern on our last day. We had to check out very early to catch our flight, and there was no running water in the hotel ??. Honestly, I had never experienced that before, so it was quite a surprise! The staff provided a few bottles of water, and we had to manage to clean ourselves with those ?. It turned into a funny story for us, though it could have been disappointing for others. My parents also stayed with us, and my mom mentioned that the housekeeping lady entered the room without knocking properly. She knocked once the first time, but on the second visit, she just came in (this happened in one day when she stayed at the hotel since she was very unwell). My mom was organizing her things at the table and suddenly met her eyes ?. My mom didn’t complain, but I reported it to the reception for security reasons.
- The hotel was not clean, the lobby was too small, and it does not deserve 4 stars as a hotel. I would never pay €250 per night for this hotel.

The location is well situated in the Opera district. The room for three was well appointed and spacious. The staff were very accommodating.
Suggest adding face cloths, as well as a hand towel and rod in the small 1/2 bath. Otherwise, all great!
Staff were very friendly , the room was cleaned perfectly, and a gorgeous touch with the clarin’s products in the bathroom to use were a lovely addition a day strolling in Paris.
Inside was clean and looked pretty, although we didn’t use it the seam room and gym is great to have at your finger tips.
Comfortable and clean. Handy for L’Olympia and restaurant/bars. Very good breakfast and choice.
Perfect location, walking distance to Printemps and LaFayette. Windows are sound proof so nights were very calm. Mattresses were super comfy. Loved the Clarins amenities. Staff were extremely helpful especially Leo.
Very friendly staff.
One minor gripe: the property is marked as having parking facilities but redirects to paying public parkings.

the location was pretty good, staff was kind…
Somewhat the room is not that comfortable to me…room does not feel bright and too many things such as lighting..too complicated
The staff was very efficient, courteous and willing to fix the problem.
We had a few issues come up in the room - the a/c was not working and when it did work it leaked from our ceiling bathroom.
Location is great! The staff is beyond helpful and hospitable; they are always smiling and offering to assist.
Hotel de Sèze is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The team was friendly and helpful. Close to a lot of good dining options, shopping, a supermarket, and metro stops. Within a 30 minute walk to major attractions like the Louvre, the Palais Garnier opera house, and the Galleries Lafayette. The Eiffel Tower is also an easy metro trip from here. Very nice place for the price.
