Hôtel du Danube Saint Germain

The staff was absolutely amazing. They responded to our every request with a smile and answered I¿m sure some of the most ridiculous questions they had ever heard. We were there during a heat wave and they showed concern for our health and safety.

No I would go back there at my first opportunity. I am also recommending it to my family and friends.

The staff were amazing and always helpful.I feel there should be a soap dispenser next to the sink, this would be helpful.The bed was very comfortable!Also the hot water was a great temperature.

In room 46 the toilet roll dispenser needs fixing as it is starting to come off the wall.The breakfast could be a little more creative. It would be helpful if someone could help with the cases, particularly as we are older.

Service, location, breakfast

The hotel is located in the very center, the staff is very polite and helpful. I was checked in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very nice. Excellent breakfasts, clean room cleaning. The radiator keeps the room warm and can be adjusted as needed.

The location was just amazing. It’s close to everything you want to see in Paris. In addition, the prices were reasonable for the time, the rooms were quiet. Staff were friendly.

The hotel could use some renovation, it felt a bit old. The shower head could use more pressure / be overhead. But all of these are clearly stated.

The location is good; rooms are tidy and cozy, maybe the one small aspect is that the floor in bathroom is cold, so better use slippers. Breakfast is good, personal is helpful and welcoming

It can be great if when cleaning the room, water can be filled in.

Friendly, helpful staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed with soft linens and nice pillows. Huge, quiet room. Great bath tub with lovely bath products. Courtyard is charming and breakfast room was very nice.

I think the outside presentation could be improved. There is a spot where people put posters outside and they seem to get blown? Pulled? Off the wall and they were spread around littering the sidewalk.

The employees were always very nice breakfast was great we have already booked another stay. Our room was very nice #10 quiet. The floor could use some work. Front desk staff very nice. One night we could ourselves without water at 11:00. No room service, but we asked if they would put a bottle of water in the elevator and send it to our floor…. Mission successful. We’ll be back in March

Great staff, great breakfast, great location!

Small room, but expected for Paris. They offer filtered water for your room, but you've got to get down to the reception to fill in your bottle. Feels like an easy win to refill on room clean-up.

The location, the staff, the feel at home atmosphere. The quality of the beds and bedlinnen. The friendliness. This was my 5th or 6th stay. And my daughter’s 6th stay of which 4 apart of me. My granddaughter’s second.

The douche was old and not working well, must be replaced because it’s not fun to get a shower there

This hotel is situated in the lovely Saint Germain de Pres neighbourhood. We loved staying here. The staff were amazing and always willing to assist. There were little touches that made our stay special. The breakfast was top notch as well.

The room was a bit small but we expected that as this is normal for Europe. Saying that, it was perfectly fine for us.
