Pros +
- The street it was located on did not allow motorized vehicles. The location to Buttes Chaumont was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable.
- fully equipped
- The staff: they were very kind and even offered us an upgrade. The location: the neighborhood was great for our needs; far enough from the busy touristy centre, in a neighborhood that had a local, family vibe. The kind of place we could project ourselves living. There were a couple of amazing bakeries around the corner, and a park where we went for our morning runs. Would definitely go back to that area!
Cons -
- To be honest, the cleanliness could have been way better. The couch had a massive stain that looked like a failed attempt at cleaning a smaller stain. Towels and pillowcases had brownish stains. The bathtub had some pink moldy stains in the corners, the carpeting was sticky, and there were a couple of stray hairs here and there. And all the light switches and fans had masses of dust/dirt piled up. We’re not picky so we dismissed the overall lack of cleanliness, but at 120€+ per night I would expect a tiny bit more.
- The bathtub was a bit hard to get in and out of. Maybe put a little step stool beside the tub.
- The rooms were in great shape but the halls were more run down and smelled a bit stuffy. Fortunately it didn’t permeate into the room.

We really liked the apartment layout, with the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean, warm, comfy. Would go back next time in Paris.
The bathtub was a bit hard to get in and out of. Maybe put a little step stool beside the tub.
Great room. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is it's about a 15 minute drive from Gare du Nord.
Being next to the park and a school was nice and quiet and safe. Kitchen was great. Very spacious and clean room.
The rooms were in great shape but the halls were more run down and smelled a bit stuffy. Fortunately it didn’t permeate into the room.
The room has a very good size and it is very close to the metro station.
As we were preparing our bags before our checkout time, two different people from staff walked in on us. They didn’t even knock on the door first, they literally opened the door to the room on us. This happened about 40 minutes before checkout time.
The toilet room was extremely small, and it was very hard to manage. There was no air conditioning. If the temp around 22C to 15C at night would be fine, if it is hotter, then that then I would not recommend it. the area is very safe, good bakeries and coffee shops, and super market, subway is.very near by., most attractions 30 mins subway ride
No air conditioner, toilet room was extremely small. For three nights a bit pricey.
Location near a beautiful park and convenient metro access . Staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry room for a small fee was convenient. Breakfast was simple and nice. You make your own eggs with a decent choice of bread, spreads , cereal fruit and drinks .
The wash basin in the shower room had a terrible smell - possibly from the drain. We just shut the door instead of dealing with it as we stayed only for two nights and spent most of our time outside of the apartment.
Nice and spacious rooms, kitchen and laundry room. Very good for a longer stay. Very nice and helpful staff. The nearby park is amazing, we took daily walks there.
The hotel sat in a good neighborhood quiet next to a beautiful park
Lack of air conditioning, plus daily cleaning at extra cost
The location was great for our family. It was very close to several Metro stations, which made getting around Paris easy. There were many shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
We happened to be in Paris during a heatwave. The fans in each room helped, but with no air conditioning it was still it was very warm in the room. This was not a fault of the property, just something to be aware of.
Nice
Bath tube is not convenient for tall people, it is slippery and dangerous
This aparthotel was good, based on the room size, the facilities in the room, the location and its comfort. It has a few Metro station around and a nice park nearby.
Everything was good so I do not have anything against this place.
The staff was very friendly at our arrival helping us with indication on the first day when we arrived very early in the morning and the check in was only 3pm, we left the bags with them and went to explore the city. The balcony of the apartment was very charming and very clean with a nice view (not eiffel tower) and the neighbourhood was very calm and friendly.Very close you could find supermarket, boulangerie, a nice park and 2 metro stations.
The TV only worked with local channels, without the option to use Netflix or other subscription services. On the last day, a fire broke out at the ground floor (not sure where as we didn't receive much information just asked to wait outside), and we had to wait more than two hours outside the apartment hotel to enter, as the smell of smoke was very intense and the reception was all wet and dirty.Additionally, the location mentioned in the description was incorrect; the map indicated it was located behind the Père Lachaise metro station, whereas it was situated between Jourdain and Bolzaris.
The location is great, no worries for safety, even though I read later that this is a "less favorable" district. This particular area is safe, also the metro stations nearby are ok. to use. Not tried at night though, maybe at night I would prefer a bus. The closed car parking was a great idea to choose, no worries during your stay, then you will also see why it is important, traffic seems to be chaotic, most cars are bumped with scratches, no wonder why...best is to use the metro. Nice park nearby, check it out as well. Clear recommendation from me.
Nicely presented apartment which was clean, light, bright and welcoming.
The hallways definitely need a makeover and improved lighting, and the underground car park needs better lighting.
Good location - lovely park around the corner, close to metro and several nice restaurants and bakeries. Staff were friendly. Decor was modern and beds comfortable
Good to keep in mind that this is a budget option even if not obvious. The furniture is relatively new but everything else is dated and sometimes not working (eg dryer). Room wasn’t super clean.
The apartment was a good size, we really appreciated the balcony with trees to look at and birds to hear singing! Nice peaceful neighbourhood, with some fabulous bakeries within very easy walking distance. Wonderful big park nearby, and easy access into central Paris. Brilliant!
All was good!
This was our third stay at the apart hotel and definitely our worst, mostly due to the bad room. The location is perfect near Buttes-Chaumont and all the little shops, cafes and restaurants in Belleville, while still being very quiet. What we didn't like was that the air quality in the flat through out our stay was absolutely dismal, on top of which there was a constant smell of rotting garbage emanating from the bathroom/toilet, likely from another room. The room is also advertised as being noise proof, but we were woken up at 6.30 on two separate occasions to loud noises from the quests upstairs: people moving furniture and children running around. We notified the staff after the first occasion, but to no avail.
