Hôtel Da Vinci & Spa

The Bed is really small. Smaller than advertised. When I said I needed a second bed they brought me a massage table from the spa with a wool itchy blanket and no cover for it.

Location was perfect.

The room was the smallest and the priciest. Cost was ridiculous for a room I could barely move in.

Nice staff, well located, small rooms.

Not 4 star hotel. 1) very inconsistent housekeeping services: took one week to to get tissue box replenished, bathroom trash not always emptied, room not cleaned one day, and 2) internet service slow, intermittent, inconsistent.

Everything about this hotel exceed our expectations. The spa was my wife's favorite part of the stay!

The only negative was the lack of a kitchen on premises. The staff made up for it with recommendations, as well as a continental breakfast and honor bar in the evening.

The hotel is very well located in Saint Germaine de Pres. The hotel staff was excellent. They welcomed us amd made sure we had all needs taken care of. The hotel room was small but had a balcony and was very quiet.

Hotel Da Vinci was fabulous! We had a great time, easy to walk to the daily and evening sightseeing locations!

Rooms too small, staff not really nice, terrible and expensive breakfast. Expensive rooms also. No good value

Maison Cardinal was absolutely incredible! Fantastic rooms, spacious and the amenities with private pool, gym and steam room were impressive .

The ONLY positive was the friendly staff. Also, was able to cancel 4 night stay after suffering through first and only night there.

EXTREMELY overpriced ($840 USD for 1 night!!!) definitely not a 4 star stay. Rooms were small with febreeze smell so strong it gave me a migraine that Motrin could not relieve. My eyes burned from the odors. Was originally booked for 4 nights, stayed 1 reluctantly because it was too late at night. Left 1st thing in the morning. During the 1 night, the elevator broke down, holes in comforter that I was told were normal, was charged extra for balcony which was interior and smelled of cleaning supplies, staircase had putrid stench, no cocktail lounge - be ready to serve yourself from a small selection of old liquor that are half opened and who knows how old, water with stuff floating in it, no room for clothing or functioning, buyer beware!

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Room was beautiful, and the bottle of champagne upon arrival a nice and unexpected surprise. Location was great for exploring shops, restaurants, etc. Very quiet room, never heard distracting sounds at night.

Breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection of options though the scrambled eggs were soupy. But in all a good breakfast.

The location was perfect for central Paris. The overall facilities including the room and lounge areas were fine. The bad very nice but the room was small.

Best location for access to all sites and very safe

amenities available when booked through booking.com.I did not realize the spa experience was included with my room selection and therefore did not bring a bathing suit. However, there was no time for a spa experience when there was so much to discover and enjoy in Paris

The pool in the spa was pretty cold, as was the entire area where it was situated. The only negative I have about the hotel.

I loved the staff! Fabulous, informative, pleasant, always smiling and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed every interaction with every staff member. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great with tons of hot water and great water pressure. While I was there another hotel customer was berating a staff member because the tickets for an event that were booked by the hotel were too expensive. The front desk was very accommodating to this client, very apologetic despite being treated not so nicely. The staff member did not deserve this treatment as the lady should have booked her own tickets! But the way the issue was handled by the staff member was impeccable.

The only thing I didn’t like was my balcony. I had the view of the inner walls and wish I would’ve known that prior to booking as that was important to me.
