Good location, close to bars and restaurants and the metro. Nice, clean room, with safe. Super comfy bed and great shower.
Bathroom had zero sound-proofing - not great, unless you like listening to your other half on the toilet if you forget to turn the TV on or play music.
Location and friendliness of the staff, good room service.
My room was very small and there was no shower doors…

Staff were very friendly and informative. The beds were comfortable and was not noisy. Our room of 3 was spacious. and hotel was close to metro.
Our room of 2 was slightly on the small side
Easy location. Close enough to Gare du Nord if you need to rent a car or take a train elsewhere. Lively area at nights.
Small room. Not that you spend much in there, so wasn't really an issue. It was quiet and DARK, so sleeping late for jet lag was great.
Room was quite spacious for Paris. Location.
TV kept coming on multiple times during the night and waking us up. We tried resolving this throughout the 1st night by switching it off, but it would come on repeatedly (3 times during night). Spoke to front desk and they didn’t know what to do. Second night, we removed batteries from remote and turned it off. It still spontaneously went on at 1am and 6am. Disrupted sleep. Elevator was out. Front desk staff often away from desk. Noise from street.
Nice staff and good hotel for short stay and sightseeing in Monmartre vicinity
It’s in a very convenient location for those who want to be in/ near montemarte. Also pretty cheap given location but it maybe because it was early December? Staff were kind. Not over the top service but just want you’d expect given the price.
The facility is a bit older and rooms are very oddly laid out. Elevator is extremely small but then again, what Paris elevator isn’t. Everything functioned fine, just old finishes and old bedding.
Friendly and helpful staff, great location, quiet and comfortable rooms. I had stayed previously and returned as I was impressed the first time around.
I have stayed in Paris many times over the years and the Mercure offers great comfort and value for money. A fairly minor quibble but better English language provision for TV news channels.
Nothing. It was doomed from the beginning.
It all started when we arrived at the hotel which is embedded between two massive sex shops. Not a biggie as we new about the hotel being located at Pigalle. Anyway, I have stayed at literally 100s of Mercure and Novotels during my travels. But this Hotel is not Mercure Standard. Let me explain why:- The receptionist who behaved more like an accountant made us sign up to some loyalty program. Otherwise she would have charged us an early check-in fee.- We paid two nights full, and still she wanted a 100 Euros deposit just in case we destroy the room (We are 57 and 53 Years Old).- Wifi is not for free. She did not mention that there is literally no reception in the rooms. Eventually you will pay for it.- Breakfast is 28 Euros / Person (!!!!!)NO MERCURE, NO MATTER WHERE, HAS SUCH CONDITIONS.In order to get to the room you have to share the elevator with the cleaning stuff. Considering how tiny the elevator is, prepare for some wait time. The rooms were even for Paris on the tiny side. It is not big enough in order to put your suitcase on to the floor and open it. There is no coffee machine. Just a water heater and some instant coffee. From a four star hotel you can expect better. The bathroom is not even big enough for two people to comfortably stand in.The walls are so thin that we did not have a problem to follow the conversations of the guests next door and the floor above. But the bed with its concrete like mattress was the star of the show. We were both exhausted and just fell backwards onto the bed expecting a somehow decent mattress. Well, it was like a fall on to the ground. It was awful and painful. Definitely NO MERCURE STANDARD who pride themselves of their beds and mattresses.I strongly recommend to AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST. This is nothing but a well oiled money making machine which cost you 240 Euros / Night proving less than better Youth Hostel Standard.Long story short: We aborted after the first night and moved into another...
Nice friendly staff
Rooms were a bit on the small side, lacking storage.

Excellent location for transport links to all areas of Paris. Loads of restaurants and bars in immediate area.Very comfortable room with balcony and view of Sacre Coeur. Comprehensive selection for breakfast and restaurant never too crowded.Staff extremely helpful and accommodating.
Everything was good.
Good location for feeling the vibe of this part of the city. Very friendly staff.Very clean room and good comfort of everything in the room.
We had the noise from the street. But, I think, this is just a counterpart to the good location. Also, the room is rather small but this is typical for Paris and unavoidable.
When I checked in I found out that I was one day earlier to my booking, but the reception staff were so kind and supportive and solved the issue immediately by amending the booking without any extra charge. A lovely gesture. The room was cozy and the hotel location was a walk away from many attractions and restaurants.
The property was centrally located and next to the metro. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that we could leave our luggage and collect later that day for our flight home.We would certainly consider staying here again.
The rooms are very small (to be expected in Paris), but seemed like the wardrobe & fridge were too big for the room. I’m only glad I’m not too heavy or I would not have fitted through the space between them. The carpet was very tired in the room & the pillows need to be replaced (you can smell other peoples body odour off them).
Breakfast was really good and even though te breakfast area was small there were many varieties and everything was fresh. The staff was polite especially the lady at the desk that checked us in, she was really informative. The rooms were ok as in the photos but the corridors were a but too narrow. another goid thing is that the hotel was very close to a metro station.
The first night that we checked in the rooms were clean but during our stay not much cleaning was done except towel change.
