Smelly room, not helpful staff, bad experience.

Smelly room! Horrible! And bad stuff who thinks we can forget everything with a glass of champagne.

My favorite place in Paris. You can get breakfast all day, there’s a party in the lobby all night…but your room is a private oasis. In Sopi - even better

A beautifully design hotel drawing on the intrinsic character of Pigalle, rooms are carefully designed and stuffed with artworks, books and some have vinyl collections and record players . Most of all the staff are really friendly and welcoming, felt very avant- garde and homely at the same time.

We we were checked in by a really nice host, the process was very smooth, we even got a room upgrade and got checked in 2 hours early. It was great. But the best suit in the hotel is not that good after all. The smell in the room, a huge leakage stain on the ceiling, ventilation fan is very loud, curtains in dirty stains. I would expect more for the price paid. The bed was comfortable. Lots of small complimentary gifts like Le Labo sample or a face mask. Vinyls in the room were great.

Nice decor, comfy bed and sheets, clean room, interesting hotel design, friendly staff. Excellent cocktails and coffees. Easy check-in/check-out. Great location.

Style over substance

Very very noisy at night, absolutely didn’t sleep at all. Cleaning staff had completely taken over all the corridors for the entire time we were there, piles of towels and dirty laundry / dishes took away from our experience. And no kettle in the room.

Friendly staff, good location, fun late night bar with DJ.

The food wasn’t amazing but was OK.

The staff were extremely friendly and offered me a free upgrade upon check-in because I stayed for a while.The room was super chic and has a very authentic stylish Parisian vibe which adds to the whole experience of staying in Paris.

I felt like it’s not the best hotel if you’re staying with children - given the vibe and how everything is designed.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of the Pigalle district. Loved the vibes in the hotel. Nice breakfast and awesome dining spots around the area.

Room could be cleaner (mold in the shower) and if you need silence to sleep ask for a room that doesn't look over the street. I couldn't sleep the first night because of noises. Got some earplugs for the rest of the stay. Would be nice to get earplugs already in the room :)

Central location. Staff were very friendly & and efficient. Maneesh was especially good in the restaurant, friendly and very helpful

We love the location of le pigalle where we have stayed before. The 9th has such lovely restaurants, bars and easy access to all the more touristy areas (we used lime bikes). We will be back

Clean

So noisy. Requested a quiet room at the time of booking. but we got given a very loud room. The first time the room had someone else in, then we were given a room directly over the bar and we asked to be moved. Ended up in a room with not hot water. was told it would be changed to a quiet room but came back later and they had fixed the shower but left us in the room that was insanely loud. They can't stop the noise of the street but they could have put us in the back room as promised.

Very cozy room, view on the Paris roofs, very quiet so that's a big positive for me and everything you need was included. A bit small and no place to open the suitcase though. Location is unbeatable and the whole design of the hotel too. Great welcome by staff.

My check-in and check-out experience was very good, the staff person was friendly, efficient and competent. She upgraded us to a larger room which is always very appreciated. The room was beautiful, with a fun design and a comfortable layout that included a little sitting area, great for room service breakfast (which was tasty and fast). I loved the LeLabo amenities and the artwork.

Everything was great, I have no notes.

Bed comfortable big bathroom with walk in shower. Carly went out of her way to be helpful at reception. Hotel is close to good restaurants and metro.

Lack of chair in room and limited breakfast choice

Rooms were good, quiet, beds were very comfy perfect for a couple of nights! WiFi was non existent! Staff were helpful and friendly, would stay again! Wifi needs sorting though!!! Cafe Pigalle great coffee and pastries!

Wifi, checking in process admittedly we were very early to the hotel! One of our rooms didn't have a shower which wasn't great!

Amazingly designed boutique hotel that I had wanting to stay at since it opened. Incredibly comfortable room, bed and all the trimmings. Loved the drinks and snacks they had stocked in the room. Le Labo toiletries were lush. Nice to have a good bar and restaurant downstairs and the cafe next door was the best coffee I’d had in a very, very long time. Also liked the more casual approach to the hotel, which made it friendly and unique.

Our room was a little dirty and dusty, which wasn’t all bad - the extra detail would’ve made it almost perfect.
