Friendly staff willing to provide assistasnce.

Location is 4 blocks from Metro station. Hotel did not have a kitchen; only packaged meals available. It is on one-way street, making it hard to get a taxi. The toilet was in separate room, requiring touching handles before cleaning hands in the sink.

We arrived early and our room was ready. The room was crisp and clean and the location perfect! The decor was simple and beautiful.

We returned for the 3rd time and it was again very good. The parking garage is great. Location is very good and the hotel is comfortable. Nice beds. So thoughtfull to put a little birthday gift in the room, thank you :)

Easy access to the motorway and a private carpark made our arrival stress-free. The location was excellent, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I will gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Paris.

Location was good, proximity to nearby markets and great cafes. Also the staff was very polite and helpful . The room was comfortable and clean and altogether we had a great stay at the hotel.

Evrything was good so for us there was nothing which we did not liked.

Not helpful at all we got stuck with the bags in the rotating door and no one came to help although they can see we have a baby and it’s raining! They took extra deposit which was not mentioned online 100 euro from my card and still after 15 days of leaving i didn’t get my refund back and they say they released the money !

Too expensive and for almost 300 euro, I did not even got a separate room, but a connecting room. I could hear every word of what the other person was saying in the connecting room. Not even hotels in Paris city center or London city center are that expensive. Too overpriced .unfortunately, for what it offers. First hotel ever that charged me more than the city tax, just in case I order drinks, if not, then I should receive a reimbursement - I didnt like that.

You should erase Shattle-bus use we expected ‼️ The taxi driver you provided cheeted us the cost to airport ‼️We felt seriously, terribly dangerous the slipping floor of the bus ‼️ We could be killed ‼️ You should place anti-slipping mattress ‼️The blanket is too heavy ‼️

The location is a little bit far from center(20 mins arriving Louvre), but there is a subway(10 mins away). So it is convenient. The overall living in the hotel is comfortable and the rooms are large. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. But some places are a bit old, such as door handles. The staff are very polite. It would be solved quickly when the room was out of power.

It is rare to find delicious food, so it is recommended to book in advance. We went as the season changed, and we experienced late summer to early winter. It's raining, so it's very cold, don't underestimate the temperature here Another very angry point is that you must check whether breakfast is included when booking. It showed breakfast when booking but it was not actually covered. Negotiating with hotels and booking is useless. And I paid the price of the price of breakfast on other platforms.

Exceptional

I couldn't log into the free Wi-Fi in my room with my tablet. The technician that came to my room didn't solve the problem.He told me that thee problem is with my tablet. It wasn't. Any other places out side the hotel it worked OK.
