great location, very comfortable and clean room, the staff is a very welcoming and helpful, very beautiful hotel. totally recommend it.

Beautiful boutique style hotel, steps away from the Metro. Def deserves the 4 star.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom and large closet. Also a very good laundry service and breakfast buffet.

Refilling of the mini-bar was hit or miss.

The rooms are very small, I made a reservation for 2 rooms because I travelled with my kids and they didn't have connected rooms and only one bed room/ no double twins. It is very hard to get a taxi there in front of the hotel.

it was not 5 star. per hotel manager is 4 star but it was not. they charge me $189 for changing room I need my money back

Front desk staff friendly. However, they were unable to resolve any of our issues. Also, after ordering a glass of wine in bar, bartender disappeared & an hour later I had to go & get the front desk clerk to find him so that I could pay to leave.

NOT a 5 star property! 1)Toilet located in the shower which meant a wet slick floor & wet paper 2)Room had constant bad odor which staff said they were aware of but management would not let them move us 3)Small Room 4)Unbearable HOT 5)Contact for more.

Location, the hotel is located in the heart of the city, and it’s very easy to get to everywhere. Our favorite part of the city Montmartre is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Maybe I should’ve complained about this to the hotel manger, but my boyfriend discouraged me doing so because he thought that seems to much trouble - our room was filed with smell of WEED all the time!! It’s a simply ridiculous for a 5-star hotel...

The staff ! I can’t say enough good things about the staff of this hotel . They were so helpful and professional . They are all great !

Only things it can’t be changed . Wish location was closer to Champs Elysees and the rooms were bigger ! I booked the executive room and I thought it was small for 2 people .

Nice hotel and staff,  who helped changed our travel dates. Modern and clean room. Big compared to Paris standards from what I understand. Great bakery on the corner with amazing sandwiches, pastries and bread.

A little far from major attractions, but very close to a subway line that connected pretty much anywhere pretty quickly. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel, but definitely 4 stars.

This was a total bait and switch situation. We put in for a FIVE Star hotel and got a Best Western! Place was a joke. Had one employee. He never answered the phone. Forgot our wake-up call! We stayed in Five star hotels on this trip Like the Hotel Bristol

The location was excellent. Right by the metro. The nespresso machine is the room was great and nice robes and slippers

The fitness center was too basic. Bike wasn't functional and no weights

This hotel was amazing. The staff made everything possible. My mother lost her wedding ring when they switched our room. They found it for her and it was on the last day of the trip so that made the trip more amazing. Thank you and we will be back!!

Only the concierge was the only one who made the effort to be friendly or greet us. The rest of the staff was non engaging or on the phone. Most 5 star hotels atleast greet you.

Not really a 5 start maybe a 3.5 star - tried the breakfast buffet for 25 Euro person - not worth it for me - Coffee in the room was not stocked 5 days out of 7 - I went to the desk to get the some. The toiletries were not stocked 3 days out of 7

There was nothing about this hotel I would recommend

The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Power saws, jackhammers. No lobby, bar, proper restaurant or outside area. The room was very very small. And then to top it off there was no hot water for a shower at night or in the morning. Please refund $$$$

Great bathrooms

Non Chalant staff, did not check bathrooms every day to replenish soaps, solving room key issues, could not figure out how to assess tax on way out which caused delay in getting to our train to London. Missing genuine engagement with customers. Not 5 star
