The neighborhood is lovely, and the rooms are very well appointed.

The management leaves something to be desired.

My daughter and I absolutely loved everything about it. Our room , the only one downstairs, felt almost like a little flat , spacious , beautifully and imaginatively decorated , so much attention to detail , and spotlessly clean. Also , everything just worked so well and easy to operate , codes for entry , heating, electric sockets, bathroom facilities , which included a separate toilet with low level automatic lighting for nights. Just fantastic.Great breakfast , plentiful and varied , delicious coffee and wonderfully attended by super charming staff with lovely smiles.The breakfast room is also beautiful and I did spend time in there outside of breakfast to soak up the style.The location is great , may great restaurants nearby , and really quite central.

No negatives , it exceeded our expectations , which were high based on the property‘s profile and reviews.

We stayed at Le 1ᵉʳ Étage SoPi – Montmartre as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, situated in the lively South Pigalle district with easy access to Montmartre, charming cafés, restaurants, and public transport, while still feeling calm and authentic.The hotel is beautifully designed, combining classic Parisian charm with a modern and elegant atmosphere. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and surprisingly quiet, which made our stay both comfortable and relaxing. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is clearly noticeable.The service was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or any requests.A special highlight for us was the breakfast. Gluten-free options were available and of very high quality, which is not always easy to find when traveling. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making our mornings especially enjoyable.Overall, this hotel offers a warm, personal atmosphere, excellent service, and a great location. We would happily return and highly recommend Le 1ᵉʳ Étage SoPi – Montmartre to couples looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Paris.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from 3 different metro stations, so always easy to get back to. The breakfast was really good, loads of variety every day with excellent quality. The staff who were there were always very friendly, polite and helpful.

The room was a little awkward to move around with nowhere to put the cases out of the way. Otherwise a good size for Paris.

Excellent Breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. Good location, just a short walk to Pigalle where there were good bus & metro connections to places we wanted to visit.

Room was quite small, but adequate. It was on the second floor and no lift which made getting there with our luggage a bit more difficult.

Our stay was everything we needed for Paris, small private hotel in an excellent location, the walk up to Sacré-Cœur is perfect from there and metro stations and a bunch of bars and restaurants close by. Spacious and quiet rooms compared to others in Paris, comfortable bed and great showers. Modern and beautiful room. Would come back!

The hotel is very nice. It's brand new, clean and fresh which is not a given in Paris. The room was small but also normal for Paris. I had big windows and lots of light. The breakfast is very complete and they also give you some complimentary guides of Paris, a water bottle, and a canvas bag which is a nice detail.

I didn't mind but I think it's worth noting that this hotel has no lobby and almost no staff. You check-in remotely and they give you codes for the doors. The only time I saw staff was during breakfast. So it's not a normal hotel as we know it, it might be inconvenient for some people. I was still able to leave my bag after check out, again they gave me a code for this. For the price I paid I thought it was a great hotel, but it all this was not clear for me before I arrived.

Great location close to a couple of Metro stops. Lovely room with a great mattress and a huge bathroom. Even though we were in the ground floor, the room was so quiet - we heard nothing from the street. Fantastic breakfast and the staff were wonderful!

Beautiful interior in an interesting historical building. Service exceptionally helpful, friendly and efficient - for example they cut fresh fruits for breakfast (a good selection of tea).

Hotel with amazing breakfast, nice and clean rooms. Location is in the one the cool and vibrant neighbourhoods, close to nice restaurants, bakeries and cafes!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It felt like being in an apartment with all the benefits of a hotel.The location was ideal, staff friendly and helpful in finding anything in Paris, a beautiful breakfast to begin our day and the decor was just gorgeous!!

the staff were amazing, the room was a comfortable size for Paris, the bed was super comfy, the décor was beautiful, the shower was epic, breakfast was really lovely, location is 5 min walk form the metro, couldn't have asked for more.

EVERYTHING! This hotel is charming and give me the feeling of living in a parisian apartment. The attention to detail is exceptional. Staff was friendly and the hotel was top tier clean. The bathroom amenities was outstanding. They even had personal items for ladies which I have never seen anywhere else. The bed was plush and so were the towels. Water pressure was spot on and breakfast was an event and beautifully plated and presented. Without a doubt, I would book a stay at this hotel again and again and again. C'est magnifique!
