A great apartment, very close to the Gard du Nord for Eurostar. A lovely working neighbourhood with lots of really interesting and lovely shops and places to eat and drink.Shop next to the apartments and a metro station around the corner.

Great location and very spacious apartment. Loved our stay, like a home away from home.Comfortable beds and great bathroom and kitchen. Lovely staff and nice communal area to eat and relax in. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and close to a few Metro stations. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Paris!

Modern, spotless and overall well equipt units in a very good location. Nice towels, comfortable beds, ample toiletries and well equipped kitchenette. Two self controlled thermostats make this apartment that much more comfortable. We definitely recommend!

Not a major issue, but the TV was not connected to the wi-fi so apps could not be used (we tried, & it wouldn't connect).

The breakfast served in the rooms. It would be much better to have breakfast in the lounge.

I had an excellent stay at Serotel Suites Hotel. Everything was truly outstanding. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—just a 2-minute walk from Gare Poissonnière and about 7 minutes from Gare Bonne Nouvelle.Security is also well thought out; the main door can only be opened with a code provided by the staff, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the experience.Another great advantage is the possibility to check out in the middle of the night—perfect if you have an early flight. Everything was smooth and stress-free.I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris. I truly hope the hotel maintains this level of service and cleanliness forever. Highly recommended!

Serotel Suites was great for our family of 11persons as we had 4 suites. Each suite had a small kitchen where each could keep drinks, snacks, baby food etc. Lots of reasonable local restaurants where we ate dinner. The rooms were very clean. The metro stop was 100yds away making travel easy with our Navigo passes. Front desk staff, Candice and Nero were extremely helpful. The room had a nice Nespresso coffee maker, 2 burner hot plate and Microwave. We went 50 yds to a local bakery every morning for fresh croissants and pastry. Everyone in our group said their beds were comfortable.

There were a few small maintenance issues that we gave them a list to work on, i.e. slow drain in one shower, one toilet would keep running water but we learned to jiggle the button, one safe needed new battery.

The concierge was friendly and very helpful. The suite was clean comfortable and serviced daily. The location is in a fabulous area with amenities close by and easy access to the Metro and Gare du Nord. Five Stars.

Sofa bed is too close to the hallway wall which caused sleepless night by the neighbor and a very disturbing smell of cooking food in the middle of the night from Neighboring room. The heaters were not cleaned and made cracking sound during the night .

Our kitchen sink didn't drain properly, so was rather stained and unpleasant. Couldn't work the coffee machine, which leaked water everywhere!

The room was super clean and comfortable, flat screen Tv, kitchen functional. Staff were always smiling. They even helped me carry my luggage to the Taxi when checking out. Also location is right in the middle of town. Fantastic ?

The best apartment we've ever stayed in. It wasn't cheap but it was well worth the money; spotlessly clean, helpful staff on the front desk, sound proof which helped us sleep well, great location for everything we wanted to do in Paris. Air con was great to have as we visited during a heat wave.

No sofa in the apartment, but not a big deal.

It was spotless clean. Very friendly staff. Great location. Very close to metro which leads directly to center. Lots of shops nearby for food or supplies.

The location, comfort, and a specially people at the front desk. Also cleaning people did a great job. Thanks to the person at the front desk who was there at the time of our departure at 11 am on July 19 (unfortunately do not know his name).

Good location, secured entry from street, clean and well equipped room

Charming, clean, bright, and spacious (for Europe) hotel close to the Gare du Nord. Big continental breakfast delivered to the room each day, friendly staff, lots of places to eat right nearby (esp Taitu- delicious Ethiopian food). We were spoiled by our suite and by the elevator, both absent from our London hotels.

The ground floor was undergoing construction which oddly happened in the late eve at times. Also there was some (human) street noise but that was part of the neighborhood's festive vibe.
