Toilet door old and damaged, the switch (of the lamp) on the wall by the bed did not work

HUGE room for Paris, largest I have had in 5 visits. Amazing view of the gardens. Comfortable bed. Quick room service. Kind Staff. Perfect location.

Our heat was a bit high and we could not adjust, but a staff membe came in and helped us.

Breakfast is delicious. Staff is warm and accommodating. Hotel location is terrific. Room wa spacious and clean and quiet.

I was very pleased with my stay, the location is one of the best in Paris. It is located in walking distance to most of the attractions in Paris. I was welcomed by the reception staff and was upgraded to a bigger room with no extra charge. I was extremely happy with the staff as a whole, very friendly and accommodating. Book without hesitation!

I wish that the hotel would undergo remodeling or renovation as the furniture is outdated and worn out. But nevertheless, it was well maintained and cleaned.

Other than the location, this hotel did not meet our expectations. However, one staff member from Lebanon was absolutely amazing—truly the standout of the hotel. I wish I could remember his name, because he honestly was a star and made our stay much better.

He had a beautiful stay. The location was amazing! The staff were professional and helpful. The view from our suite was amazing! Will definitely stay again if we return to Paris.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent — right across from the Louvre Garden and very close to the metro. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with a window overlooking the garden. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. The lobby is spacious and relaxing, giving a very nice first impression of the hotel.

There is no private parking for the hotel, and the restaurant area is quite small, especially during breakfast time.

Hot water. We had luke warm. The hotel moved us to another larger room with hot water. AC could've been cooler temp.

Location was perfect, staff were exceptional. Room was spacious.

Although updated bathrooms, but shower was not convenient as no space to stand, also shower walls paint was peeling and ceiling light cables were visible.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful. There was a large breakfast with many options. The room was comfortable and well appointed with plenty of space.

No showers- only bathtubs which took a little getting used to.
