So clean, cute and so French! Great location to key sites, Metro and RER lines to move about the city. Located on a quiet street of a high end area. Great in room A/C for us hot Americans!

Location, extremely helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with any questions we had about the area, room was terrific and on a quiet street.

The hotel was in a great location, close to a lot of amazing shopping, the subway station and, was within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, and the arc de Triumph. The room was clean. The breakfast selection was great. The staff was helpful!

The air conditioning was not very cooling ave the blow dryer was not strong enough to dry my hair.

The location was great, very convenient and close to Metro. Champs-Eleysee 8 minutes and Eiffel Tower only 14 minutes. The staff was very helpful. Very clean and quiet.

The room was small , took time to figure out the hot water for shower. The bathtub was small and high, hard to get in turn around. No suit case holder . It hard to organize . Otherwise everything was fine .

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I had emailed before the trip to ask if I could drop my luggage off early before check in time. I received a very cordial response that they’d be happy to store our luggage so we could explore the city. When we arrived around 10 a.m., the front desk checked and found the room was ready and checked us in right then. Awesome! The location was great. We walked to most of the attractions we wanted to see such as the Eiffel Tower, l’Arc du Triomphe, Louvre, Seine River boat tours, Champs Elysées, and many, many restaurants. The hotel front desk was staffed 24 hours a day and always helpful.

I have no complaints or criticism to express.

Location good. Friendly staff. Hotel staff found a dresser with drawers for our 10-day stay so we both could place our clothes in 2 dressers. Easier than living out of a suitcase.

Would have liked a few complimentary waters and snacks.

Location, location, location! Did not book room with breakfast as there were plenty of food establishments within walking distance of hotel. Huge Monoprix (supermarket) and Pret-a-Manger (mini grab & go store) nearby which you can stock up food/snacks/water/juices etc for your stay in this hotel.

Official check-out is at 12pm and asked for extension which they only gave another 30mins extra. No day use rate - must pay for a full night instead.

Needs refresh of carpets and furniture. Needs ventilation in bathrooms and toilet rooms.

Located on a quiet street. Real flowers in the lobby and breakfast room. Friendly helpful staff. Great coffee and croissants. Nice option to just have express breakfast of coffee and croissants. Taxi stand nearby. Good restaurants around d the corner if you want to eat close to the hotel 1 night.

Nothing to dislike.

French decor. Very adaptable to my needs. Gave me chair for bathtub. Got us taxis when needed. Close to all transport. Close to all attractions via bus, metro, RER.

The breakfast could be better.

The hotel had a beautiful French country vibe, but felt new, it had new clean beds and bathrooms. It had old world charm but didn’t feel old. It is a real gem, and would love to check out some of their other properties on our next trip! The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was fantastic!

Maybe they could have a usb port, our converter was glitching.

Location was fabulous. Staff amazing, could not have been more helpful. Loved the decor of the rooms and the internal courtyard. Very Parisian !

The kids beds were a pull out couch which I thought at the price was poor, also breakfast was additional.

Everything was lovely, quaint and well managed. Our room was larger than most in large European hotels, modern bathroom that had a nice size shower. It was well appointed and staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning one day.
