I absolutely had the perfect first time experience in Paris! The staff was beyond wonderful & my view was even more breathtaking than I expected. I truly enjoyed my stay & can¿t wait to return.

The best thing was that we felt like we were in a French hotel, weird to say however some cities we have the visited the hotels have felt the same. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. After reading the reviews before booking I was concerned about the size of room and noise levels. Yes our room was smaller than I’m used to but to be honest had everything we needed. Only one night we were bothered by a guest upstairs banging around at 2am. We presumed they’d just arrived and lugging their case around. I would definitely book here again should I ever be lucky enough to return to Paris.

The brilliant location a couple of mins away from l'Arc de Triomphe champs Elysées etc. stylish decor, very clean. Beds very comfortable.

hotel it was very close to everything i wanted to visit i can walk instead getting transportation .

I booked the room double bed for me and my wife also incluse breacfast & free shuttle from airport to hotel and back, when i checked in non of those it was included i have to pay extra for everything , also when i checked in they didnt give me all keys including safe box only key for the entry door , i had to go back downstairs to get key for the safe box very disappointed

The view was absolutely stunning — we could see the Arc de Triomphe right from the balcony, and it was perfect for taking photos all day long.The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and polite, always greeting us with genuine smiles.The location was excellent, right in front of a metro station, making it very easy to get to the Eiffel Tower. It was literally just a few steps from the station to the hotel.The lobby was beautifully designed in a lovely blue tone, very charming and welcoming.

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly, the bathroom was clean and they provided us adapter when we didn’t have them. It was winter time and the rooms were nice and heated.

The rooms are too small for the price, it would be nicer if the rooms were a bit bigger and spacious.

I think the door lock was not easy to use. Difficult to unlock. Besides that, there is no extra lock from the inside for better safety.

The door hahaha.. I had a hard time unlocking for the first time. And oh, the timer for auto lighting system was slightly too short. I am afraid of darkness.

Great location, couldn't have asked for more paid more for Balcony room with direct views to the Arch of Triumph.Staff were excellent, and it was so well located.

The location was good. Breakfast has no options.It's mentioned 4 stars but not worth for the price was chargedMr. Philpp at the reception is very helpful and always ready to help the viaotprs

Clearly not a 4 stars hotel - at best a 3 stars. Disappointing

Rooms are minuscule. There’s no bar, restaurant, no service.

It’s well located for work office, but overpriced

30 euros for breakfast is a joke! Terrible coffee and a dry croissant! Dear me

When i arrived the elevator was not working, and there was no luggage service. I take all luggages by myself To upstair. They must employ someone at the door to welcome the guest and hell with luggages. Also the beedsheet was not clean, they had stains on it. They must buy new ones.
