It was okay

There were no phones in the room to contact the desk service. Therefore I could not ask for dental kit or inform and inquire that the bath tub can’t be filled because it starts a terrible loud sound upon filling.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Paris. The staff were warm and welcoming, making feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. A nice and unexpected detail was that the room included slippers, which is not very common in Paris hotels. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

This place was fantastic! I really cannot find anything at all to complain about or that I did not like. The staff were friendly, the hotel was really fantastically designed and had such beautiful design details that it felt very luxurious. The room and bed was extremely comfortable, there was tea and coffee in the room, slippers, robes. safety deposit box etc. and breakfast was good. Would return here in a heartbeat and recommend to friends.

Very cute and comfortable property! Super convenient location, close to subway! Staff was very nice! Rooms were a tiny bit small but comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, attention to detail! Robes and slippers included!

Great location, lovely staff.

Other guests were smoking in their room, we could smell cigarette smoke from our room. Matt have been they smoked from their internal balconies, which linked to the corridor.

Loved the front desk staff, super friendly and gave great recommendations. Always on site and felt super safe. Were able to order us taxis.

Staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The staff at the reception managed to get last minute tickets for 2nd Jan for Disneyland even though though it was sold out.

We had a wonderful stay at Arioso Hotel with our family. The hotel is super organized and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Dennis and his team did an outstanding job. Everything we needed was handled smoothly, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

Nothing, it was wonderful

Staff were very attentive and polite, free tea and coffee in reception, cute exterior and interior, room had all necessary amenities, walkable to most major sights

The bar was small almost more like a mini bar, but kept in with the cosy feel of the hotel, just not if you wanted a bar ambience (small small detail!)
