Pros +
- Cleanliness, modern, friendly staff.
- It is an extremely well-kept and efficiently designed hotel. The room fragrance used in the common spaces is lovely. The rooms are spacious and the daytime front desk staff are extremely professional and helpful.
- The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was very comfortable and we had a nice little balcony.
Cons -
- The breakfast was a bit too expensive.
- The nighttime front desk attendant was surly. When we tried in our best French to ask where we might find the closest place to purchase a Coke, he snarled, "In the mini-bar in your room. And your French is very poor."
- The location was a little far from most things, but with the metro stop 1/2 block away, it was easy to get around. No complaints! Great hotel!
