The room was very small, unclean, and not suitable, and the hotel refused to change the room or offer a solution.This situation is unacceptable, and I urgently request your immediate assistance to resolve this matter, either by providing a suitable alternative, a room change, or a refund according to your

Rude staff. They did not accept amex although I paid the whole room night with that. So for tax and deposit they only accept cash or other cards which was not communicated. I told the reception that I bring it the next day and without saying sorry he mentioned it is not possible. Also This deposit culture in paris needs to be stopped! The toilet sink was also dirty , like somebody vomited before. Breakfast poor and low service. Very poor hotel not recommended

The bad dairy, somebody pee in it and very small bad cannot two people sleep in it

Place was decked out lovely, nice decor, not ostentatious, but not plain. Staff were very attentive, and cheerful. Though my room was small, it was so quiet, facing a courtyard, as I like. The breakfast had a nice variety of offerings, ehgs, meats, cheeses, breads, yoghurts, fruit juices, teas, coffees, etc. The bed was very good for me, not too firm, not too soft, with sheets that didn’t scratch. The shower had good pressure, and plenty of hot water.

It was snowy when I was there, the entryway very slippery. Some kind of anti slip mats could have made it feel safer; I almost slipped a couple times.

The warmth and assistance of the staff. The service and cleanliness. Room service meal was good.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were kind! Bathrooms in the suite had tubs which were nice for soaking and they had bath salts complimentary for you! Green tea infused towels, amenities including a sauna… it was sublime!

The location was close to multiple means of public transit. Close to many restaurants and shops. The room was very nice and the hotel was quaint and intimate. We like the spa and the open self serve lobby. The staff were friendly, helpful, well dressed and attentive.The breakfast by far, was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel I would think ever. The pairings, quality, quantity and variety available, made breakfast amazing! What a wonderful start to the day! Bravo!!

From time to time there may have been some guests who would extend their spa time and it took away from the quiet and privacy of the spa.

Staff, cleanliness of facilities, and location near public transportation.

The spa is small so it required booking in advance. Also the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool which was luke warm.

Extremely clean and well located . Spa was so exceptionally relaxing and very clean . The hotel was so clean and cosy . The room service and housekeeping was amazing . Loved the treats and tea kettle and cafe machine in the room . Breakfast was excellent . Staff is very friendly . Dulce was very nice . Will return here again . A++

Very comfortable staying.Welcoming receptionists, very clean room, pool & spa small but effective, nice toiletries.

Despite the reservation, the pool & spa area was crowded (door wide open).

Excellent! Very friendly staff, clean rooms,spa and hotel. Good and comfortable room and they were cleaning it everyday. Hot water in pool. Perfect location, metro and bus station just 2 min walk! Will definitely stay again ❤️

The breakfast was great. A large selection of food and the drinks selection was incredible! Lot's of traditional options to try. Missed it when we got home.The spa was lovely. Really relaxing and clean.

As always Villa Romantica comes through with a nice, clean room with great a/c, lighting, and wi-fi. We didn't use the spa so much this time, but it's always a pleasure. The location is terrific, and the suite (a first for us) might be small for some people, but just having that extra room and couch was really terrific.

The siding on the pool is bulging out. It definitely needs to be repaired/replaced.

The staff was so friendly

we stayed for 7 nights, and bed sheets were not changed, they were not clean either.we had to ask everyday to change the used towels one window was opening by itself if it was wind and it could not be closedlast day was gorrible as in our bathroom there was a huge spider.P.S. for smokers only u can not smoke even in the atrium and u have to smoke in the street

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and I would say I really enjoyed it! The service and the room were amazing! Totally worth it! The staff was nice and helpful, the room was organised and cleaned daily and the wellness center was great. The room was warm (it also had local heating / cooling which was great), cozy and in a calm neighborhood. Close to metro and bus stations. Will come back here for sure!

Towels weren't changed very often, but it's fine. Enough towels were provided in the bedroom.

Good clean room. Convenient location close to metro and bus top. The nearby shopping mall is within walking distance. Also great eating options around the property.

It’s just perfect! Convenient location near metro station, nice personnel, small but cozy rooms, spa zona and varied breakfast included. But the most important is the feeling. You feel like you have been awaited as the dearest guest there
