Everything is very good as always. I would say that breakfast is one of the best in Paris. Unusual and modern hotel. We stay a lot here. Lovely area around.

Centred around the fantastic pools, Hotel Molitor was such an amazing place. We loved the way history of the facility was embraced, the pride of all the hotel team and the general ambience. This has been a bucket list for my wife and I for many years and our stay exceeded expectations. Will we come again- yes, for sure!

Very difficult to improve on the facility and the service provided. The roof top bar being open would have been great; there are plenty in the world that stay open in the autumn and winter months, and a view from the top would have been great, I'm sure!

    Ambience and location was good

No bar or restaurant on a Sunday evening was weird

The staff was super nice. The bed really good.

The pool was a bit crowed (like the club med when people book seats next to the pool early in the morning)During that time of the year, and especially with the inside pool being closed, you should not reserve one swim lane for swimming lessonsthe room a bit small and I personally enjoy a tub not a showerThe hairdryer was really cheap and not to the hotel standard

We stayed there the week before and was fantastic. Rooms were great, Staff amazing and facilities excellent.

This time one of the rooms was very poor. There was an awful smell from the start and also the slot for the key card which makes the lights work etc was broken. The staff tried to fix it when we asked and it worked for a bit but broke again during the night. The smell stayed throughout. When I mentioned to reception at checkout, was told just to ensure we mention it on feedback form. Disappointing considering everything was excellent when we stayed there the week before.

The room was excellent, very comfortable

Service was very bad. When we arrived the receptionist walked away with no notice. We had to wait a long time till we could check in. The lady at the front desk looked stressed and didn’t welcome us, we received no explanation for the wellness, restaurant and pool options. Service at the resto bar was also bad, tables were dirty and we had to ask if someone could help us. For this price you expect great service. Also the wellness was disappointing, with only one small sauna cabin. It seemed like the costs of the property are too high, so there’s no investment staff?

Pool, gym, location, style, cleanliness, rooftop bar

Rooftop restaurant food was average and overpriced, service was poor.

The location is great for Roland Garros, right and the nearby Fondacion Louis Vuitton. But the hotel needs to work on service levels and general organisation. I’ve stayed there three times and it has deteriorated each time. They have this famous pool and are next door Roland Garros so I think they rely on that and don’t really bother with anything else. Accor should kick the managers ar$e and do better.

We found the front desk check in staff very very indifferent and one of them ride. It’s so weird we couldn’t work out why. I know it’s a big chain but we’re paying 600 euros for the night one expects some courtesy. (The guest service concierge desk were great.)Second, the breakfast which is about 40 euros a head is really sub-standard. It wasn’t that busy but by 10am they had run out of a lot of the food especially the premium things like cheeses and smoked salmon and they were woefully under-staffed. There is no self service coffee machine and twice I ordered a coffee and both times it took over 15 minutes to arrive and arrived cold so it went down the drain. Also I have a thing as a premium traveller (staying in a suite) that when you leave someone makes the effort to greet you, ask how your stay was and say goodbye. Truly if not for ordering my uber I’d still be standing in the lobby and no one would notice me. On the plus side the location is great and the pool is superb.

The historic building, the beautiful pool areas and the pool art gallery, the breakfast and reception staff❤️

The staff at the roof top hotel were snotty and slow. The room service food was below mediocre (a boring poké bowl served with old bread on the side)

    10ClairePosted on: 7-19-2025

Breakfast was superb! We tried a lot of different items on the breakfast menu and all were delicious. The pool was beautiful for swimming and plenty of room for everyone. The rooftop restaurant was a lovely way to complete the day with excellent service and food.

    We have no complaints.

    7HelenPosted on: 7-15-2025

Nice and clean, staff were helpful. We did not like the food on the roof top, it was very average.

    The food.

The swimming pools are amazing, and the overall hotel facilities are great.

Staff PerformanceThe service, particularly at the swimming pool bar, restaurant, and during breakfast, unfortunately fell short of the expected five-star standard. While the reception and pool reception staff were good, other team members often lacked basic courtesies such as "good morning" or "thank you," and generally demonstrated a lack of good manners or efficiency (had to ask and then wait a long time to get hot beverage during breakfast, one time it never arrived).Rooftop Restaurant ExperienceWhile the rooftop restaurant offered delicious food and a lovely view, the service pacing was an issue. There was a significant delay in taking our orders, and then all courses arrived simultaneously, leaving no time to enjoy an aperitif or relax between dishes.

    The room was quite nice.

the staff for a 5* establishment are very poorly trained, they did very little to make our stay more comfortable and brought us wrong drinks/forgot our food and then refunded it, wouldn’t even give us some salt to take to our room for food we had bought and wouldn’t allow us to use the facilities prior to check-in when our room wasn’t ready so we sat in reception for hours instead, poor show.

    8VenitaPosted on: 7-6-2025

Amazing pool, beautiful rooms that were quiet - very well sound proofed. Comfortable beds and pillows

The service in restaurants needs to be improved- had to ask servers every morning for coffee- this this be offered automatically, waited so long for an omlette one morning that I eventually gave up. Also the QR codes for bar service around the pool don’t work. Waited over an hour for a salad at the poolside restaurant one day. Hotel seems to be short staffed

Service was sluggish at best. You could grow old waiting for a drink Fantastic pool Lovely rooftop bar/ restaurant

    7DanielPosted on: 6-30-2025

The hotel offers decent and relatively spacious rooms (although nothing extraordinary). The absolute highlight has been, as always, the iconic open-air swimming pool. Value for money has become questionable though. I had a much better experience last time around, two years back.

Reception staff and management have been particularly unfriendly, inflexible and overall unhelpful all through our stay. Breakfast was mediocre (very limited choice of fresh fruit, cold coffee, confused and incompetent waiters, incredibly slow service). Close to no service at the open air swimming pool. The pool area is too crowded in the summer (better come to this hotel off season).
