Staff was wonderful. Room was small, but quaint. Loved the open windows with a mini balcony. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Location was pretty good, many interesting things at walking distance.

The wi-fi internet didn't work in my room (106). Service should have been a little better in addressing the problem.

The room was very small but nice enough for a night layover.

We booked a room with two beds and found them pushed together and wrapped in one sheet. When we brought the issue up with the staff and asked the beds to be remade with separate sheets, he said we can pull apart the beds but he doesn't have sheets.

Pleasant Staff. Gave us an early check in which we appreciated. Ability to walk through the metro. Check out time is 12:00 which is great.

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortably warm during the cold Christmas period, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and responsive whenever I had a question. Overall, it was a pleasant and seamless stay.

I have no / a low opinion of this hotel because after confirming my reservation , they emailed me that they could not honor the reservation and allow my service dog to stay with me . I made clear that I would be traveling with a service dog at the time of booking. I require the support of my small trained service dog so was forced to make other arrangements where were would be accommodated. Because the hotel had cancelled my reservation themselves , I considered the matter closed. Shockingly they hit my American Express credit card with a €503 charge for being a “no show”. My attemptsto have this illegitimate charge reversed have not been successful. This is not an ethical way to conduct business. I have begun an official complaint via the credit card company.

Please see my comment above. Never saw the property because THEY emailed ME to say I could not stay with my service dog . When the hotel revoked their confirmation of my reservation, I considered it cancelled. I was already in France with the dog.

Cosy hotel in nice neighborhood with friendly staff.

The Rose Bourbon is the quintessential boutique hotel. We felt like we were literally home. The staff, especially Mohammad and Nikki, were super friendly, professional, and made us feel like we were the main guests at the hotel! They helped us find good restaurants and were both really fun to talk with.

Literally no complaints. Breakfast was good. There is a nice lobby with a bar and it's a great place to unwind with a drink at the end of a day of seeing Paris. Location couldn't be better. 20nminute waln to the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, etc. It is in a residential area, so the night was quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby.

It is a very nice amd beautiful hotel with good location.

We were travelling with a lot of luggage, that iswhy room was a bit small for us.

I only stayed here one night but it was an enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable. The room I booked was one of their small rooms but I was aware of that when booking. The bathroom had plenty of space. About a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Close to a metro station for easier travel around the city. Fantastic A/C to stay cool on a hot summer day.

Clean, friendly staff and good location. Close to the subway station (about 5min walk) really clean and quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth it!

Very compact room but well appointed and lovely view over park

Everything was great! The location is perfect (20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and 1 minute walk from the metro station), the neighbourhood is quiet although there are many restaurants and cafes around, and the room was very comfortable even if small. The staff members are really nice and speak perfect English. It was my birthday and they prepared our room with a suprise gift for me and a lovely happy birthday message. We only stayed one night here but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautifully decorated in a quiet but accessible place in the city. I will return!

A very charming place in Paris, very well located and fairly priced given the location. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Had a lovely time.

Staff were super helpful. Good underground parking spaces across the road from the hotel. Spaces can be limited so do request the space when booking.

The room size was acceptable ,the service was great especially by Mr Zak who is really very helpful and pay attention to smallest detail.The location is very good in a calm street fifteen minutes from Eiffel Tower and seven from Beaugrenelle Mall
