The pictures of the room, the title of it, and the price lead one to believe it is a lot larger than it actually is.

Good location, clean.

Very small, loud rumble of the train at night.

Property was small but comfortable. Would have liked a little more room if we had stayed for 7 nights. Size is hat for A few nights stay.

Our stay was short (1 night) and I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Gare du Nord. Location was great, only a 15 min walk. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, you can hear the metro (but presumably this is a general Paris quirk) and the cleanliness was ok.

Very nice small hotel in a nice area not far from Gare du Nord. Good connection to the tourist attractions. Very nice staff, we were allowed to check in a bit earlier than the normal check in time, it was nice to be able to leave the suitcases in the room and change the clothes after the trip.

the hotel is good, but read the rules carefully, at the reception you will have to leave a guaranteed deposit of 200 euros, which is returned within 3-7 days.

Great location

You could feel and hear the metro on the second floor. They advertised a hammam for €30pp but it was a steam room with no treatment or salt scrubs to self serve - access to this should be given to guests (no one else is using it!) or charge for treatments. Call it what it is, a spa/steam room, or provide treatments that make it a hammam.

They took a deposit from me and promised me it back shortly, the trip was in January 17 and I still haven’t received the deposit

You can hear and feel the metro going pass every few minutes.

It is overrated. Not a 4 stars at all!

No lobby, extremely small breakfast area. There is no air purifier in the toilets. Towels are of low quality, very thin. The elevator was stuck they proposed to carry down our luggage 4 floors on the stairs.

The smell was nice. It had a spa vibe.Extended check out until 1pm for free.

Check in is at 2pm according to booking. When we arrived we have been told is at 3pm and no explanation provided. Rooms are extremely small for the price. The walls were so thin you could hear people on the stairs and taking showers. It is not 4 star hotel. At best 3 stars.

Boutique hotel with personalised service. The location is great and the room was overall comfortable though small

I liked the design of the furniture and decor and the view was beautiful with the flowers planted in the windows and the location of the hotel close to everything

I booked a taxi from the reception when I arrived and was told the price was 17 euros, but when Tamsi arrived the next day, I was charged 28 dollars, which is very strange

I received a message with information before we arrived at the hotel, which was very nice. They also responded quickly to my other questions via WhatsApp. The staff was very friendly! The rooms were clean, though a bit noisy if you’re sleeping on the road-facing side, but the location is great. Parking is a 7-minute walk away, but it’s convenient since you can leave your car there for 24 hours for €32.

Only had one big towel in the room and there was two of us.The bed was extremely uncomfortable. False advertising of room service menu in the room with motel details on it. You scan the QR code and this lovely menu pops up! I ordered the cheese burger with fries and a coke. It turned out to be a delivery service no mention of this on the menu. The order arrived in a cardboard box, drink missing and looked a day old! Not to mention the motel staff call you to collect from the front as well so not room service. I didn't even bother touching the food. It looked disgusting. My partner informed the hotel staff of our disappointment.

It is big enough for two people and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sound proof is not very strong

Lovely hotel with good location and quite clean. Nice design of the rooms and good freebies with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee, fridge.

The walls are superrrr thin and you can hear absolutely everyone on the same floor as you. Also if another room next to yours flushes the toilet it will be loud enough as if it was your own. Some rumbling from the trains as well.
