Pros +
- Nice area. Good places to eat nearby. Breakfast good. Could open windows. Close to metro. The furnishing are stylish! Nice old building. A cat roamed around who was very cute!
- Nice room, good deco. Good value-for-money, despite the fact I booked it last minute.
- We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, being right near the subway and offering public parking with EV chargers nearby (entrance to the parking is cheaper when booked in advance). The rooms were very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
Cons -
- Room a bit cramped and no tea or coffee available in our room or in lobby. People working there could be nicer. I wished I had booked the superior triple room. I believe it has coffee/tea facilities. The clear shower walls were extremely troublesome.
- Wifi connection was bad, cannot enjoy steaming at all in the room. The Staff at check-in was not the friendliest; the staff upon check-out was nice though even assisted with the parking problem. Parking was another problem, the entrance was opposite the street in another direction so we had to park in front of the hotel, which is a very street by the way, pick up the entry card then turn around. The parking management, Q-Park, was terrible too, not the fault of the Hotel though.
- There were a few downsides: the open-plan bathroom lacks a door, which felt a bit awkward, and we missed having a fridge in the room.

Very large and clean triple room (for three people). Very good breakfast. They let us leave the luggage the day of check-out which was very helpful. Location is not in the very center of the city but in a nice neighborhood.
The restaurant is okay even though a bit too expensive in relation to its overall quality and there are no advantages if you are a client of the hotel.
Good location, right beside metro and plenty of places to eat near by. Very friendly staff. Room was small but very well organised and comfortable. And I was able to open the window which is always a bonus.
The room itself is small but well distributed, using every inch of space. Well decorated. Is it close to CDG airport.
The elevator was out of order at the time of my stay and since booking my reservation (a month ahead of my stay). As a traveler, stairs are hard when you come tired of walking visiting museums or attractions. Also, the room was cold. I went on December and I had to ask reception to increase the temperature. The hotel is located closer to the airports but rather far from attractions.
I was not very nicely...
No elevator and hot water was very slowShower design is terrible that water is everywhere no matter how careful you are..
Very clean room, and good housekeeping
Parking is very difficult and not worth the fee. You need to first find a spot on your own, then go to them to collect the access card, then go and park. To leave, you need to take the card, stop on your way out, give them the card and then go. All of this is a terrible hassle in Paris traffic. The breakfast is disappointing. They could have reduced the spread and added better quality items.Lift under maintenance but this is temporary. Walking up 5 floors with luggage was no cakewalk.

I normally don’t write review but there was nothing to like about this property
First of the guy at the reception was rude and not welcoming and then when my mother and I went to our room as soon as we opened the door, there was a strong scent of mold and strong chemicals that were probably used to hide the scent of mold and my mother and I are both allergic to mold and we are sensitive to strong chemicals, especially due to my surgery for my nose that I had just got two weeks before coming to this hotel and then the sheets and pillows had stains on them the shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever the curtains were dirty and full of dust. So I went down to the reception to ask if there was a possibility to have a different room that didn’t have stains or this really strong scent and he said that all the rooms smell like that to just open the window for five minutes and when I showed him the stains on the pillow and sheets, all he had to say was that that’s not the sheet that’s just the cover for the bed and that the pillow wasn’t stained and it’s clean. He came up to our room so I could show him everything and all he could say was I’ll get you one new pillowcase and to leave the window open for five minutes and the smell will go away so I left the window open for more than five minutes, and the smell did not go away. So we went downstairs we checked out and I booked a hotel that was €20 cheaper and was super nice not only were the staff friendly but the room was super clean and three times bigger. It did not have a bad smell and the sheets were all clean and not yellow and stained, so my advice for booking this hotel Do Not there are way way better hotels and if anything this hotel should be shut down not only for how rude the staff is and how disgusting the room is but for how much they charge you for this hotel, I could understand getting this treatment if my hotel cost me €50 a night but for €172 this should be illegal. If you’re looking at this hotel, please run and avoid it at all costs.
The Location and the restaurant attached
Unfortunately the Bed had a Bed Bug issue which left us with bites and then brought home within our clothes. This may be an individual case but it caused discomfort and sadness from our stay.
It was clean, but there were stains on the curtains. The breakfast was a little bit small but very good quality, there was everything you need for the breakfast. The room was cleaned every day.
During the breakfast, woman who controls the supply of products, often stays and watches what do you take from food and how much, it’s uncomfortable.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and bed was larger than expected for Paris. The attached restaurant is great.
The Taxi that they called to the Airport was €83.00. Prior to booking I researched it and the fixed rate is supposed to be €56.00 and I was assured at the front desk it would be around €50 (they didn't seem to have the information). €83 for a 20 minute ride seems ridiculous (there was no traffic that early in the morning). I know it really isn't the hotel, but they should probably choose whom they call for Taxi's more carefully.
Fantástic restaurant, John at the reception, the carpark is top, petfriendliness
Bathroom in the room and very small. Carpet and curtains could use a washing up and twin bed was very small
Convenient, next to Metro. Nice room with friendly staff. Enjoyable stay
No bar although room had mini bar. Restaraunt was good although a little overrated in my opinion.
Fine tuned furnishings, very super clean.
Too masculine - I’m pretty tall but I couldn’t reach the hangers which was meant only for jackets not for dresses. What an idea to make a room all as a big bathroom? In the next building was repairing - so all the big sound in our room. And staff - I’ve seen people more polite before. So.
Very nicely decorated and very nice and welcomed staff.
The rooms are tinny. We didn’t expect the room to be so small. We had two suites and there was no room to unpack them.
The room was exceptional! We had a triple room. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was all we needed to start our day. Also it was just next to a metro station so it was very easy to go everywhere we wanted. We would definitely stay there when we visit again.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
The room was beautiful great location a little disappointed that the restaurant was getting renovated thats the reason I originally booked for breakfast
