Pros +
- The location was great, super close to the Eiffel Tower and the subway line for getting around the city. Staff was friendly and professional with everything.
- The location of the hotel is close to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, Musee d'Orsay and other main attractions near by. The room was a typical 3-star hotel with the usual bar fridge, coffeemaker and bathroom toiletries. Very satisfied.
- This was the ideal place for a 7-night stay in Paris. The room was spacious for 2 adults with plenty of luggage. The bathroom was stylish and clean. We did not expect to have a bathtub in the room, so that was a pleasant surprise. Excellent neighborhood.
Cons -
- Why is it bar fridges seldom work. Room #56's fridge temperature control didn't work. Insufficient wall plugs at the desk and what was there were underneath the desk meaning down on hands and knees to plug in. How about a desktop extension cord?
- No flaws.
- Weird lighting system with main switch by door.

No flaws.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. I did not speak French, so the staff assisted me with navigating through out the city.
Location, decorating, staff
Gave guests use of international cell phone to use for navigation and calls. Location and staff support.
Weird lighting system with main switch by door.
Great location and amenities.
Very small space, not a good space if you have a lot of luggage.
The staff was wonderful and the free drinks/snacks in the lobby were really nice. The location was about a block from the park (Eiffel Tower) and close to good restaurants. There is a produce market that I couldn't walk past without grabbing a snack.
The location was great
I had to file a complaint numerous times about the A/C not working, causing us to sleep horribly the first two nights
Location was wonderful, the staff was fabulous. would definitely return. Thanks hotel employee South Carolina
