Not one damn thing

The front desk person a man did not get is name was extremely rude to my daughter and her friend. Being from the audited States we did not know there was a policy in regard to how many people are allowed to stay int he room! We were notified him that my daughter friend was joking us o. Our vacation he decided to become so unruly about it that he threatened to call the police on my daughter and. her friend not once not twice but he felt it was necessary to threat ended them fives times and without me being present, once I learned about this horrify news from both them who were in tears because the are aware of police brutality to young black men and women! Who more than likely hasn’t done anything wrong besides being black! I’m totally appalled by his behavior! I have accepted and been a victim of racial profiling in the United States but never thought I would spend over $10,000 to come to Paris to be treated in the manner that were. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement ! I was in the process of trying to find us a new location all my daughter’s friend was doing was joining us in the room while I looked for another hotel! I hope that this will never happen again to any more of your guest! Staying at the Bloom House has shown us how guest should be treated they are extremely nice and accommodating here the opposite of your hotel! A better hotel overall with the staff decorations accommodations and hospitality! We arrived two hours before check I. And didn’t have to wait in the Hôtel obey like we did with your facility they allowed us up before the scheduled check time! While we had to wait five hours to check into our room after being on a thirteen hour flight! So I wan to say thanks for nothing!

The spa area was lovely and very relaxing but there is NOT a pool. It is a large whirlpool spa. Very disappointed when I thought I’d booked a hotel with a pool. Facilities very adequate but not luxury as described

The spa the bed; staff was very nice.

Small room, floor was wood and not carpet, made the room feel less cozy, no coffee machine, almost no toiletries. Bathroom was a bit "outdated", the bathtub looked like it had seen better days. Except for the spa that was very nice, the entire place felt like the lower end of 4 star hotels.

This is really not acceptable, nowhere there is any clue that the junior suite which is considered the biggest and one of best rooms should have a view of the wall from the windows at about 50cm windows, literally zero view. For a hotel like this, this is not acceptable, as the tourists choose the best room which apparently has no window. This should have been clearly indicated in the description and or vivid in the picture.

I said this multiple times it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, very cosy, very clean, staff were very welcoming and it was very accessible.

The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. I liked the location. Across the street was a Lebanese restaurant, not fancy but delicious food. Down the street was a very good upscale restaurant, delicious food. You have to book if you want to get in. I look forward to staying there again.

Maybe an additional chair in the room (two iso of one)? But this not always necessary.

Do not stay

For 2 nights in a row, there was no hot water. When I told the front desk staff member, she said, “what do you want me to do about it.” I spent over $1300 USD for 3 nights and did not even have hot water!! Will never stay here again.

The location is safe and quiet , yet easy to get to everywhere , 10 mins walk to Lafayette , and 4-7 mins to two metro stations . Bed is extremely comfortable

The bath tub is too narrow . After mid night , I heard of the Indian music , was so loud !

Particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed! Nice hotel, enjoyable stay at a nice location near metro.

Lovely place to stay for a few days in Paris. Lots of good restaurants near by. Room very comfortable bed was huge.

would liked to have been able to adjust air temperature in room a bit more/have the option of a fan

Hotel staff forgot to clean my room on the second day of my stay. Came back in the evening to an uncleaned room, the same when I left in the morning
