    Pros +

    • Great hotel - hidden in the 17th so it was away from the crowded holiday Paris. Cute stores and bakeries nearby, easy walk to Arc de Triomphe. Metro and RER short walk - which was easier and faster than Uber. Deluxe room was spacious.
    • First of all pillows were the best pillows that I used in my entire life, I'm not even kidding. It was pretty silent, Arc de Triomphe is only 5 minutes walk and so does Champs Elysees. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was very quick, they only charge 100 euros as deposit keep that in mind.
    • location was amazing ,rooms were beautifuly decorated , spotless and attention to detail was second to none .will be staying again and happy to recommend .almost forgot the best cocktails in town .

    Cons -

    • Didn?t eat there.
    • Elevators are pretty slow even thought otel is only 6 storeys. If your room is facing toward Rue des Acacias -there are a couple of markets- it might get a little noisy around 5 a.m. since those markets gets shipments etc. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great location and amenities:,the Hammam (steam and sauna) which you could reserve for private use was a huge bonus!

The double occupancy guest rooms are very small.

Location, personnel, fresh and quality interior design, clean, good size of rooms. Absolutely a good choice for the price. Unlike many Paris hotels which are extremely small and uncomfortable

My stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large bed and a bathroom bigger than most hotels in the area. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Before arrival, I requested an extra bed and was impressed by the hotel’s attention, as they contacted me in advance to confirm my child’s age in order to provide a suitable and comfortable bed. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the room was ready upon arrival. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Special thanks to Romane, who contacted me personally and ensured everything was perfectly arranged. The location is outstanding, with a very good grocery store nearby and just a few minutes’ walk from the Champs-Élysées. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

    nothing at all

The location was good. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 5 mins walk to metro stations and Arc De Triomphe.

Rooms on the road side can be noisy. Linen trucks and garbage trucks were arriving late at night (after 11pm) and early in the morning.

    Poor

There is no professionalism in handling parcels. I informed the reception staff about the arrival of a shipment and sent them an email. The shipment did arrive, but they told me it didn't and are avoiding me. I believe it was stolen or lost. Also, regarding another shipment, I informed them after payment that it should remain with the luggage and that they should make a note of it. Upon my return, the receptionist had changed and told me to return it and not accept it because I had left the hotel without informing them! His attitude was very rude. (Please check the CCTV footage, as the salesperson told me the first shipment was delivered to the hotel.) Please advise me on my missing shipment! My stay was very stressful.

We stayed at this hotel during a business trip from November 4 to 7, booking 4 rooms in total. The rooms themselves were excellent, the room service was great, and the breakfast staff were very friendly

A scandalous boorishness in a 4-star hotel !However, what happened on the evening of November 6 was absolutely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. We came to the reception to settle our extra charges in advance, as some of our team members were leaving very early in the morning. The person at the front desk that evening, a tall African American man on duty, was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. When I asked him to return the deposit back to my colleagues and I will pay for all extra charges (as I was responsible for the bookings), he immediately became unfriendly and dismissive. What should have been a simple process turned into over an hour of unnecessary delay and conflict, during which he did nothing to resolve the issue.Even worse, at one point he started mocking us in French, clearly assuming we wouldn’t understand. This behavior was deeply disrespectful and completely inappropriate, especially considering that one of us was pregnant and visibly exhausted, needing to rest before an early flight. This kind of conduct is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming a 4-star rating. It showed a total lack of professionalism, empathy and basic respect for guests. We expect this incident to be addressed seriously by the hotel management and appropriate action taken to ensure no other guests experience the same treatment.

For Paris the room is relatively spacious. The room was also clean, bright and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great for us - we were attending a concert at Salle Pleyel (10 minute walk).

    Nothing of significance.
