Location is excellent. And the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The property is very charming, if you like a historic building with classic French charm, you'll like this. Love the neighbourhood too.

Everything: charming, antique, well preserved. Quiet, unique. Excellent and inviting staff that are knowledgeable about the area and what Paris offers the traveler.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like although the small room is that.

Very friendly personell and location just in historical center , 25 min walking from gare de lyon.our dog was very welcome.. it's a very old building and make a greate ambiente of old Paris. we enjoyed our stay.

Funky very old building.

No cable for English news, all stations in French. No privacy, apartments across street could see into room and bathroom. Student bar at end of street very noisy ‘till early hours and major noisy construction at other end of street.

Older hotel has some vintage charm

The surrounding restaurants are busy and extremely loud late at night Construction has been a nightmare with busting concrete and demolition in the mornings . No coffee , or water stations .

Location is great for shopping and going to restaurants in Marais. You can’t really get more central than Saint Paul. Beds were really comfy.Being so close to the park is great if you travel with kids.Nice L’occitane toiletries.

We had a room facing the street. The restaurants were really noisy with the diners sat outside until at least midnight. And then there was building works starting at 7.20. They re doing a whole apartment building across the hotel. Between this time it was very quiet and nice.There was also Noise in the stairwells inside building in the evenings when people were coming back from dinner.

The property is a beautiful old building with lots of charm . The shower is powerful and hot and the hotel is in a perfect location .

you need to be fit enough to climb one flight of stairs the lift starts at the first floor, not so good for older folks.

The location next to the Place des Vosges is perfect for me, as I love that part of the Marais. The lady on reception was very friendly, and helpful with selecting items for breakfast. The plants and trees outside make it feel very welcoming - it feels like you're stepping out of the bustle of the city.

The staircase carpet is a bit shabby and could do with a refresh. Other than that, I was very happy with the decor and furnishings.

Very good location, friendly and accommodating staff. Good option for a short stay in Paris. Bear minimum and nothing else.

The room was very small and the sound insulation was not so great. As is normal in Paris, the price for the room was extremely high. The window was also quite tricky to open and close.

Cosy room and great location.I had great sleep. That's what you need after you spend all day exploring Paris :)

The only thing was that we booked through booking.com twin room. But we got a double bed and a single smaller bed as we were explained that this is because we booked online.

Cute, homely small hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It's very easy to access and close to metro and other transport links.

The bar down the road is noisy at night, but the windows were pretty soundproof, so there was not much disturbance.
